Notice On Implementing The Regulations On Work-Related Injury Insurance (1)

Labor and social security departments around the country should enhance their sense of responsibility and urgency in implementing the regulations.

In order to implement the regulations and earnestly prepare for the implementation of the regulations, the relevant issues are hereby notified as follows: first, to carry out the learning and publicity work of the regulations, the regulations are the important administrative regulations of the industrial injury insurance, and the labor security departments at all levels should take the study of "strip cases" as a key work at present, pay close attention to it, carry out ideological mobilization, formulate learning plans, and guarantee the quality of learning.

The staff of the labor and social security system, especially the industrial injury insurance personnel, should be familiar with the contents of the regulations, understand the provisions of the regulations, and enhance the consciousness, initiative and accuracy of administration according to law.

At the same time, we should also organize enterprises and institutions to learn, so that the vast number of managers and employees can understand the main spirit of the regulations, consciously abide by the regulations, and promote the in-depth development of work related injury insurance.

Our ministry will organize special training to promote the in-depth study of the regulations.

We should attach great importance to the publicity of the Ordinance.

Our department will issue an outline of the Ordinance in the near future.

The labor and social security departments at all levels should use newspapers, television, radio and the Internet and other news media to take the form of "popular" and continue to publicize the regulations.

We should pay attention to the propaganda of policies and the propaganda of typical cases. We should go deep into the enterprises, streets and communities, and publicize them to the heads of enterprises and the general staff. We should publicize the spirit of the regulations to every employer and staff, so that all sectors of the community can understand and support the reform of the industrial injury insurance system and create a good social environment for the implementation of the regulations.

Two, do the preparatory work before the implementation of the regulations, labor and social security department (bureaus) of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government, as well as labor and social security departments in the overall planning area.
