Purpose And Scope Of Document Management

Objective to specify the rules in order to institutionalize document management and improve the quality and efficiency of document processing.

The term "document management" referred to in this Regulation refers to the handling and control of all the departments (departments, offices, centers or companies), including the departments and departments of the General Administration Department (including the business departments and business executive departments) and the documents (including telegrams) and the interdepartmental correspondence instruments (including Bao Hanqian) submitted to the external enterprises (including the company's contents).
