How To Get Through The Impetuous Period Of Work
For graduates entering the workplace, job hopping is the fastest and most frequent period, especially in the first 3 to 6 months' probation period.
To some extent, this phenomenon is normal and how to deal with it. If it is only blindly impetuous, it can not find the direction and goal, which is very unfavorable for its development.
Especially for college students who have just left school, they are fully aware of the impetuous period because they have just entered the society and are not very clear about the reality and occupation of the society.
The reasons for this impetuous work are mainly based on the following aspects:
1, the separation of ideal from reality.
Although the current university students are very clear about the grim employment situation of college students, there will still be some ideal ideas in their work. They hope that the size of their company will be large, their popularity will be high, their management standards and their growth space will be large.
However, in reality, how many people can enter large companies to engage in high-level white-collar jobs, even large companies will have such problems in management, and it is not as perfect as you think.
More graduates will enter some small and medium-sized enterprises to work, where they will use more and more like this, and there will be more problems, especially in general, they will let students start from the bottom job and engage in some simple and boring jobs.
Under such circumstances, there is a big gap between the ideal job they imagined and the job they want. Therefore, there will be some job hopping.
2, eager for success.
When they first joined the workplace, they often showed a very positive and passionate working attitude when they first joined the work.
From the first day of their work, everyone has a great ambition in their hearts. They all want to stand out as soon as possible in their work and get to the management of the company as soon as possible.
It is good for college students to have ideals and fighting spirit, but it is normal to pursue and yearn for success. But we must adjust our mindset and not be eager for success. We should be the best in every aspect in the shortest time and let the boss give himself an important leading post as soon as possible.
However, once their efforts in the short term are not immediately rewarded, it will be considered that the company does not attach importance to talents, but there is no problem in the management of talent.
Under such circumstances, some people will have an idea of job hopping.
Little does it know that the old workers who work here are better at work or work experience than you are now.
Maybe you are the next great potential stock. Maybe the leader will give you more and more important jobs after a period of examination. But because of a desperate attitude, you will lose your success.
3, the mentality of "Besieged City"
In the process of communicating with their classmates, many of the students who have just joined the work show their dissatisfaction with their present work. They even do not understand others' leaving their posts. They think that a good job will leave their job. This is a "Besieged City" mentality.
The people inside wanted to come out, and the people outside wanted to go in.
People have been thinking outwardly, instead of thinking about themselves, and standing at the angle of business and social reality to consider some problems.
When this kind of impetuous mentality appears, have you seriously thought about whether it is their own problem or the problem of the enterprise.
Take heart and work hard for a period of time. When you really integrate into the enterprise for a period of time, maybe you will find your position again and discover your value.
If you find that this job is not suitable for yourself after a period of work, you can choose it again, so you can at least have a clear idea of what kind of work you should do next, so that your choice is not blind, so that you can have a better life choice.
