Zhu Geliang'S Way Of Knowing Others

The seven is "to look at the letter in a matter of fact", that is, to deliver something to him to see if he has credit. "People do not believe, but do not know what they can do". Credit is the basic rule of making friends. If an enterprise manager does not abide by his credit, he will not rely on it. If he decides not to do so, who can rely on it? Listen to what a person says and see how he does it, so that he can know whether he has credit or not. Nothing can be entrusted to a person without credit.
Zhu Geliang's way of knowing people is concrete, comprehensive and practical. But it is not necessarily applicable in today's society to use profit to attract people and to intoxicated people with wine. He taught people to pay attention to seven aspects of "ambition, bravery, sex, honesty and faith" in employing people, and it still has certain reference significance for doing well in the management of enterprises.
