If you are a manager in an organization, then for your subordinates, you are the most important leader in the organization. If you are a parent, teacher, coach or community leader, you can influence young leaders, not those hip hop artists, movie stars or athletes. When they learn how leaders deal with competition, deal with crises, take failure or solve moral dilemmas, you are the most likely ones to learn. No one else, it's you!
