Ten Issues Should Be Considered In The Business Plan.

Usually a business plan is written in front of a page or so, followed by the specific sections of the business plan, generally divided into ten chapters.

Chapter 1:

You must describe what you want to enter.

The second chapter:

The sixth chapter: management.

The seventh chapter: personnel.

We should consider the personnel needs of the current, six months, and three years, and consider specifically what professional skills, full-time or part-time jobs, salary calculation, and personnel costs need to be introduced.

The eighth chapter: financial needs and application.

Consider the use of financing and working capital turnover, and forecast the profit and loss statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement for the next 3 years.

The ninth chapter: risk

It is not that competition is a risk. Risk may be the risk of import and export remittances, the risk of fire in restaurants, and so on.

The tenth chapter: growth and development

What is the next step? How will it be in three years? This is also what the business plan is going to mention.
