In 1994, I finally resolved to quit my job and apply for a small business company in Beijing. When I was in Beijing, I found that there were many talents everywhere. After working for more than half a year in the trading company, I feel that I can no longer do this. I have to recharge it, so that I can get better opportunities and develop more. I resigned again, reviewed the entrance exams for postgraduate schools, and successfully obtained my master degree in Business Administration from Peking University in 1995. In November 1996, I and my husband invested in the establishment of "Beijing East Yi Sheng decoration limited liability company".

At that time, my husband and I were going to register a company, but we did not know how to register the company. We found a friend who consulted. The friend said, now there are a lot of companies that are canceling the company. How do you still register the company? We analyze that the home decoration industry has just started at the time and has a large market space, which is a good entrepreneurial opportunity. On a cold day in November, Dong Yi Risheng was set up in the two dilapidated buildings in Chaoyang District's 100 Bay Bay. It was very difficult at that time, and the two houses were only a dozen square meters. I still remember that the staircase was made of iron and rusty. The company was too young to recruit three or four employees.

Up to now, the company has more than 800 employees, tens of thousands of construction teams, and 10 branches and 16 franchisees throughout the country. As the company continues to grow, I always remind myself not to think that you are a graduate of Peking University, and that you will always be able to control this company. You need to constantly develop yourself to better manage the company, or you will be eliminated.

I have not stopped learning in recent years. Although I studied business management at the undergraduate level, I was also a major in business management at graduate level, but I never felt that knowledge was enough, and I could no longer learn. No matter how busy the business is, I have to take time to read business management books and study at CEIBS every day. I have put forward many ideas and measures for the company's development by using what I have learned. For example, we launched the first set of electronic quotation system in decoration industry, and realized the transparency of decoration price. After our launch, many companies followed suit to promote the development of the industry. Over the years, many of the company's initiatives have been leading in the industry, or have benefited from what they have learned.

In addition to valuing my own learning, I also pay special attention to the learning and education of employees. In April 2000, Dong Yi Risheng set up the first non-profit home decoration design institute in the country, where designers can study the home decoration culture and absorb professional nutrients. The reason for setting up this research institute is that designers have been receiving customers, but there is no time to "recharge" and supplement new knowledge. After setting up a research institute, designers need to "recharge" when they do not have to leave the company to study outside. Now, the institute not only becomes the designer's "charger", but also makes a deep study of home decoration design and becomes a platform for the dissemination of home culture.
