Art Of War: Teach You To Be An Unbeaten Man In The Workplace.

    2010/11/19 10:48:00 37

    Workplace

    From ordinary white-collar workers to

    Management class

    From junior

    Management

To intermediate managers, from intermediate to higher, promotion, can be said to be many people in the workplace dream.

However, opportunities always favor those who are prepared.

Whether you are optimistic about the environment often determines whether you climb up or stay in step.

No matter how the changes are going on around you, at work, you should always maintain an upward momentum, enrich yourself as much as possible, and appear in the office in a positive way, becoming the unbeaten red man in the workplace.

Man is destined for heaven and earth.

The year of the chicken can be said to be my lucky year.

Just after the threshold of the chicken year, the leader called me to the office to talk about the news of my promotion.

At the time, except for joy, I felt that my hard work had been rewarded for a long time. At the same time, I felt a little worried. How would my colleagues react? From an equal relationship to a leader in a twinkling, would they be jealous of me and form a diaphragm? How should I get along with my former colleagues in the future, and how to play a good role in this new role?

I feel rather confused when I think of it.

    puzzled

When I first knew that I was promoted, some colleagues were surprised. Some people came to me and said, "your work is so outstanding that you should have been promoted."

At first glance, I was quite relieved, but once I thought about it carefully, I always felt unrealistic.

Gradually, I also felt a little bit of the problems of the new role.

Some colleagues looked at me strangely and differently.

There are two ways of assigning my work: one can detect a little reluctance in his mind, but it is not clearly expressed on the surface, and the work is still done as usual. The other is that the attitude is a bit cold, and the work is not very active.

Fortunately, this is only a small number of phenomena.

I think it may still be a process of adaptation and running. Not only do my colleagues need it, but I also need it.

Because in the face of those who were once equal, I have not fully adjusted my mindset to handle the work with a leader's demeanor.

Moreover, the task at present is to regulate new interpersonal communication. Others' jealousy or some ideas are beyond my control, but at least they can start with me and grasp their thinking and actions.

I also understand that from now on, there will be less freedom.

    This is obvious.

As a leader, we should play a leading role. Problems can not be retrenforced, and we should be brave enough to bear them when faced with difficulties.

We must be strict with ourselves and set an example in order to be respected and convinced by our subordinates.

Now that these subordinates, because they are former colleagues, we are familiar with each other, so we do not need to go through a familiar process of personnel and environment.

Of course, in my eyes, they still regard them as their peers, and we are partners in cooperation. I do not want to distance myself from each other by overly defining the ranks of the lower and lower levels.

In this way, due to straighten out their position, clear their new role, I also gradually got the recognition of colleagues.

Once, when I had lunch with a former colleague, today's subordinates, she confided my feelings to me.

When we changed from a simple colleague relationship to an upper and lower class, she did not bend over for a while.

Although it has been quite psychologically prepared, and she also admitted that my qualifications, work ability and so on are indeed higher than those of ordinary colleagues, but there is always a kind of nameless thinking, I feel a little unacceptable to my new boss, and the specific reasons are not good, maybe just because we were colleagues.

This is not a human problem, but a problem of mentality. In fact, this is also a normal psychology. After a long time, it will naturally calm down.

She belongs to the kind of implicit and restrained type of person, and will not show certain emotions at work.

Besides, everyone's relationship was good before. Now I am very good to you after taking office. She must cooperate with her in doing the work well.

On a rainy day, I asked her to go out to buy some things. Although she was very reluctant, she couldn't help it. The work had to be finished, but at that time there was a feeling of disapproval and rebellion in her heart.

Unexpectedly, when I was leaving, I suddenly told her to wait for her to accompany her.

After that, she felt a little upset and moved, because it meant that I didn't show my finger at my former colleagues because I was promoted.

In modern enterprises, the leader's personal hero image has been fading away, and everywhere is said to be "flat".

In such an organizational component, the role of the individual is becoming more and more important, and the role of leader cohesion is very important.

When it comes to promotion, it is even more necessary to adjust our mindset to train a group of people and establish their own interpersonal circles.

Only in this way, you will not live alone, so as to expand the unimpeded information channels and make the workplace clear.

    Encountering "growth crisis"

As a senior member of the company, and the work performance is also outstanding, that year I made a logical move from a general clerk to a department manager.

When I first started my new job, I swear to myself that I must devote myself to it and do it well.

When I thought about it, I changed my copywriting at home until late at night, and I was moved by myself.

On the morning of the second morning, when I saw her colleague, I told her how to light up the oil for revising her work.

I thought she would appreciate me, but I didn't think she was unhappy.

In the afternoon, the boss found me and said that the colleague thought I had mishandled her copywriting. I was very confused at that time.

Later, I realized that at first we entered the unit together, but now I have become her boss, exercising her power to kill and kill her works. Can she not feel a bit of a mood?

Though I count as an elder, there are many people in this department who have such qualifications.

In this case, I really don't know how to mobilize their enthusiasm without hurting their self-esteem.

    That's not the trouble.

When I am an ordinary employee, I need not consider other than my own work.

    It's quite different now.

In addition to good relations with colleagues in the Department, attention should also be paid to vertical and horizontal ties.

In the company's internal meeting, I want to fight for "pockets" for the Department in front of other department managers, and also coordinate with other departments to accomplish the task.

And, in the past, you can avoid the old boss. Now and then, you must take the initiative to passively accept your life.

I feel that I have become a spider, surrounded by threads, and must be fastened to every piece. Each must follow its own path and not allow itself to be confused.

This is a great burden for me, a man who is not so good at face and face, and has a feeling of physical and mental exhaustion.

Stress comes not only from complex interpersonal relationships but also from work demands.

Opening your eyes every day is a job.

What is more unfortunate is that the former department manager has done a good job. Although people have gone, the shadow is still there. There is a model for him. Even if I work harder, it seems hard to surpass.

Promotion has made me lose my original ease and freedom.

My spirit also became very fragile. During that time, I began to suffer from insomnia and often forgetful.

I no longer feel that work is beautiful. This is not the life I want. I have to make a choice for myself.

After much consideration, I handed in a paper of resignation.

Fortunately, the boss did not embarrass me, and soon realized my wish, so I returned to the post of ordinary staff.

When I calmed down, I realized that although this "return" temporarily freed me from stress, it also made me lose my chance to grow.

Anyway, I have to do well, even if I am not responsible for my promotion, I am responsible for myself. Without utilitarian consideration, I have unlocked my hands and made remarkable achievements.

After a while, the boss let me go out again.

After psychological adjustment, I have been able to regard promotion as a new growth opportunity, no longer be troubled by the "growing crisis", and have strengthened the confidence of a mature leader.

"Growth crisis" refers to the fact that when people turn from a certain stage of development to the next stage, their original resources and skills are often insufficient to cope with new problems, or the parties can not play a new role well, resulting in temporary behavioral confusion and emotional distress.

Promotion means that individuals have entered a more complex interpersonal environment and need to improve themselves to enhance their adaptability.

Here, learning interpersonal communication skills is a temporary solution, and strengthening self-confidence is a permanent cure.

It can be said that no one is born wise, and he has never been a natural leader, so long as he studies hard, he is completely competent.

In fact, in addition to personal psychological preparation, proper learning and training will enable people to adapt to the new role faster after promotion and help to avoid "growing crisis".
