Huang Xiuying was born in Changan District. There were only two rotten sheds in her family. During the holidays, she could not afford to live in houses. She had to stay around. Her greatest dream was to earn money by learning skills.

In 1986, Huang Xiuying became a family member. Her husband's family was on the mega plateau.

In the face of difficulties, she and her husband came to the West Street of the county town and pulled the rack truck to sell the meat hamburger.

After three years of practice, Huang Xiuying's dream is bigger. In 2003, she studied at the MBA training class of Tsinghua Institute of continuing education at her own expense, and systematically studied the modern enterprise management, so that her management idea achieved a new leap.

In January 2005, Xi'an leather restaurant Co., Ltd. was formally established.

At the same time, it opened a branch store and developed two authorized stores.
