Hu Xiaoli's major in Chinese medicine is Chinese medicine. When he entered society, he found that he had to find a counterpart.

In 2007, by chance, she saw the idea of a sweet potato planted by a girl from Zhengzhou who was successful.

Without consulting anyone, she planted sweet potatoes in the 5 acres of her mother-in-law's house.

"This wa melon!" the villagers saw her planting land, many people cynical, said that after reading for many years, eventually became a farmer.

"In those two years, I never walked with my head up in the village."

Hu Xiaoli said, no one supports her, she stubbornly walks alone.

"Sweet potato leaves" made her rich.

When the sweet potato seeds came into the field, Hu Xiaoli explored the fields while she was planting. Through the Internet, she learned that the leaves of the new varieties of sweet potatoes were edible, called "Queen dishes", and the nutritional value was very high.

So she went to "Henan Province Academy of Agricultural Sciences", which was especially authoritative in this field, learned a lot of professional knowledge, and introduced new varieties such as sweet potato and purple sweet potato.

Alone, picking leaves on the ground; or a person, taking sweet potato leaves to the restaurant to sell.

"Every time I pass a restaurant, I have the urge to go in and sell."

Hu Xiaoli said, the process of selling sweet potato leaves is also very bumpy.

"The first time I entered a restaurant, I recommended the sweet potato leaf to the chef." the owner said, "are you not fooling people? This is feeding pigs to cattle. How can people eat them?"

In order to convince the other party, she specially sent the picked sweet potato leaves to Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University for testing, holding test reports and samples for hotel sale.

Finally, she was successful. Many restaurants recognized her product and signed her for several years.

30 farmers in the establishment of sweet potato cooperatives benefit

Hu Xiaoli is not satisfied with her personal achievements. She hopes to lead more villagers to become rich.

In 2009, Hu Xiaoli led the establishment of a sweet potato professional cooperative. She expanded the planting area to 200 mu and established a sweet potato base.

Since the beginning of this year, more than 30 farmers have developed "characteristic seed potatoes" and radiated to Pucheng, Lintong, Lantian and other places.

The sweet potato, which was not considered good at last, was finally recognized. Now, Hu Xiaoli has been supported by her family. The whole family has come to help her, her brother helped him deliver, and his father helped him to pick it.

Hu Xiaoli said her dream was to establish "community agriculture" and start a "Holiday Farm".

People in the city are invited to join them. They usually distribute fresh vegetables to them. When they are free at weekends, they are allowed to work on the farm and grow sweet potatoes in person to enjoy the joys of labor.
