In the survey, nearly 40% of people expressed the hope that the company could provide relevant training regularly, and nearly 20% of respondents hoped that the company could shoulder part or all of the training cost of the staff, 15.88% of them hoped to provide the opportunity to study abroad, and nearly 15% hoped that the company could create a learning atmosphere or the boss could give encouragement and allocation.
"Knowledge updating in modern society is very fast, and the demand for talents is higher and higher.
No matter what industry they are engaged in, enterprises need to establish corresponding training mechanisms to create a good learning atmosphere for their employees and enhance their competitiveness.
