    Influenced by the employment environment, many college students are faced with the problem of first employment and post employment. Therefore, the gap between psychological expectation and reality is inevitable.

    Problems such as heavy work pressure, professional mismatch, difficult interpersonal relationship and limited development space have come to the forefront.
