In the eyes of post-80s college graduates, the era of keeping a job unit for a lifetime has been far away. Job hopping has become easier and more common in the workplace under multiple choices.

At the moment, there are a few college graduates who have high salaries, registered permanent residence and compiling standards. They seldom consider what their interests are and what they are suitable for.
Influenced by the employment environment, many college students are faced with the problem of first employment and post employment. Therefore, the gap between psychological expectation and reality is inevitable.
Problems such as heavy work pressure, professional mismatch, difficult interpersonal relationship and limited development space have come to the forefront.
Chen Ning, vice president of Dangdang network, said that some college students lack self-management ability. They can not eat bitter in their work, and can not bear to be lonely. They think they are very clear about their abacus.
University graduates are usually arranged from the most basic jobs. Some people are too high on their work expectations, but lack their own experience.
