We now realize that there are many risks in the dry cleaners, and that the front desk and the laundry workers may be at risk.

One month later, we lost 4 clothes and lost more than 5000 yuan. Basically, we didn't earn money this month.

Dry cleaning colleagues because of poor quality, communication is very small, because we only started, we began to consult with the dry cleaners around, only to find that they are facing the same problem, and some months to compensate for 7 or 8 clothes.

In the division of labor, we divide the work of each person, strictly stipulate the reception of the front desk, and examine each garment carefully for more than 2 minutes.

In two months, I lost 3 clothes.

We realize that management can only be solved from one aspect, but the real problem is that the quality of practitioners is not high and the washing technology is not good, causing such losses.

The dry cleaners continue to operate. We are worried about the operation. After 4 months, we still haven't made any money. We realize that the fundamental problem is that the quality of the employees is not high and the technology is not good, resulting in the loss of clothes. But because of the large quantity of washing, even the high quality practitioners can hardly avoid the problem of color matching and color matching.

We began to want to shop and felt that it was hard for the industry to find money until an opportunity emerged.

Understanding: rapid pformation, learning new technologies overseas

While we were about to shop, a friend of mine came back from Canada. I told her about my depression in the dry cleaners business.

She said there was a clothing hospital in Canada. She had several pieces.

As soon as I heard the bright lights, the most difficult problem facing the dry cleaning shop is to pay for the laundry regularly, and a piece of clothing often costs thousands of yuan. If I can also solve this problem of dry cleaners, then all the dry cleaners will come to see me as a doctor, and thousands of dry cleaners in Chongqing.

I discussed with my boyfriend and decided to study technology in the past. When my friend returned to Canada, I took a tourist visa and took off with her.

When I came to Canada, although I had beautiful scenery, I didn't have any idea to play. I hurried to the clothing hospital that day, and I was instantly shocked by the current scene:

A more than 60 square meter clothing hospital is covered with hundreds of high-end clothes on the shelves. At the front desk, a neat and beautiful lady is receiving the goods. My friend took me to the workshop in the suburb. Here, I finally met the doctor, a more than 40 year old middle-aged man. He told me that he liked it very much.

I stayed in Canada for 15 days and spent the last 15 days learning basic skills.

At this time, I found that the washing industry was too deep, and it also involved various knowledge in textile industry. I only learned fur on the 15 day, and the master told me to practice more after I returned home.

After returning home, I rented a workshop and bought the necessary equipment. After that, I began to practice basic skills in the workshop. I taught my boyfriend how to learn it. We began to study together and work hard in the workshop.

I used to be a fashionable girl. When I entered the workshop, I was very untidy. Because of the need for various kinds of fabric, my clothes became an experimental product. I deliberately made many accidents on my clothes.

Because of the practice, many of them were unsuccessful, and more than ten clothes were scrapped.

At that time, we reported the determination to burn the boat. I think we will buy lots of beautiful clothes after the success of our business. When these clothes are put into the exhibition hall, we will show the history of our business.

During this period, we worked hard in the workshop day and night, and often came home at 2 or 3 o'clock in the evening. When we came out of the empty factory building, we could feel a short distance from success every time.
