It is understood that the conference has arranged for the government and enterprises to implement the Interim Measures for the management of printing and dyeing enterprises' admittance notices.

This year, the Ministry of industry and Commerce jointly formulated with the Ministry of environmental protection and other departments.

"The Ministry of industry and information will make a public announcement of the list of printing and dyeing enterprises that conform to the" entry requirements ".

According to the regulations of the state, the application for announcements of printing and dyeing enterprises which do not enter the list of notices shall be carried out once a year, and the list of notices shall be managed dynamically.

The application enterprise should have three basic conditions: an independent legal person qualification; it is in conformity with the relevant requirements of the "access conditions"; there should be no backward technology, technology, equipment and products that should be eliminated by the state regulations.

After the above three conditions have been met, they can apply for a notice to the provincial industrial authorities. After verification, verification and on-site inspection, they will publicize (10 working days) the list of printing and dyeing enterprises that conform to the "entry requirements".

Fujian is one of the five major printing and dyeing provinces in China, and Shishi is the most important one in the province.
