Obviously, some enterprises are the elders from the time and scale of entering the market, but in those years they were refused to be invited by the big projects. The main reason was that they had done a bad reputation and made a lot of trouble.
At present, the brand accumulation of filtration textile industry is far from the degree of standardizing the market order. "2.5" raises two challenges

Vertical integration? Listing financing?
Industry development needs capital, but do you dare to venture 10 million yuan to buy out 1 million yuan assets? It is understood that, with the concept of environmental protection, the A or gem is still a medium and long term strategy for many filtration textile enterprises. However, under the constraints of their own scale and market regulation, most enterprises focus their attention on industrial capital appreciation.
I have heard that Oriental filter bags have extended their olive branches to Jiangsu Yueda, and many enterprises participating in the filtration and separation textiles branch have been making a big fuss. Industrial chain alliance " Theory, or even textual research, was made by the integration of vertical industry chains in the early days of Japanese enterprises. At present, the textile industry of filtration has entered the era of super competition. The strategic cooperation emphasizes the sharing of interests. Enterprises usually want to bundle up downstream large customers and share profits reasonably through a certain proportion of holding. Such cooperation is mostly carried out in a private way to avoid the exclusion of partners.
An enterprise leader who has already implemented the industrial chain alliance reveals to reporters that bundling downstream customers can ensure that their scale of development is between 30 million and 50 million yuan a year. Targeted technological development is equivalent to using strategic cooperation to lower industrial services. The cooperation agreement is formulated according to the market rules, and the two parties inform the cost of determining the price in advance. The only restriction is mutual preferential supply and purchase. It can be predicted that a stable sales market can effectively control sales costs and transaction costs, but also bring together the market information, human resources teams and technology test sites in the process of cooperation.
The security of industrial capital increment is that it is more like giving up in the snow rather than icing on the cake. This is the growth mode of enterprises vulnerable nerves at the present stage of economic situation. But we should also see that this is a process rather than a result. When an enterprise grows to a certain scale enough to resist risks, it will be a matter of time before it expands the business territory with the help of financial capital.
