    The Qualified Rate Of Suzhou Tourism Shoes Is 84.6%.

    Recently, the provincial Consumers Association and the Suzhou municipal Consumer Protection Commission made a comparative test on 13 kinds of tourist shoes produced by 13 enterprises in the market.

    The test samples of tourist shoes are purchased by the provincial Consumers Association and the staff of the municipal consumer protection committee as the ordinary consumers in the large shopping malls and supermarkets in Suzhou.

    A total of 78 samples (6 varieties, including 3 samples and 3 samples) were included in the sample, involving samples from Fujian, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and other provinces and municipalities.

    This comparative test commissioned the Suzhou product quality supervision and Inspection Institute to inspect the 7 items, namely, appearance quality, folding resistance, wear resistance, the adhesion strength between the bottom and outer bottom, the peeling strength of the bottom wall and the peel, the hardness of the shore, the adhesion strength between the fence and the upper, and so on.

    The results showed that 13 of the 13 travel shoes produced by the comparison test were 11 qualified and 2 unqualified, with a pass rate of 84.6%.

    It is understood that one or more of the physical properties of the three pairs of shoes are not qualified, or more than one or more of the main items are not qualified, or more than two items are not qualified to meet the requirements of the qualified products, and there are one or more of the physical performance items in the three pairs of shoes, or more than one or more of the main items can not meet the requirements of the superior products, or more than two items are not qualified to meet the requirements of the qualified products, and they are also judged to be "unqualified".

    There are two kinds of samples which are unqualified. They are the "Conway" brand touring shoes, which are called "Conway" brand 230mm, which is called "Guangzhou Conway sports group Limited by Share Ltd", and the "Shenma Taizi" brand tourist shoes with the specification 240mm of the Jinjiang Dingli shoe industry Co. Ltd.

    The unqualified adhesive strength between outsole and outer bottom is the problem of adhesive selection and gluing process.

    In addition to the above reasons, from the perspective of the quality management of enterprises, there is a problem that the system, especially the implementation of the inspection system is not in place.

    Factory inspection and management is not perfect, backward inspection means, lack of basic inspection equipment.

    Many inspectors' technical level is not high, and the standard requirements for quality are not clear, leading to unqualified products coming out of the factory gate.

    Businesses in the field of circulation have not done well in the inspection and acceptance of goods. They are not strict in quality control, so that some unqualified products have entered the market and damaged the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.

    At present, the municipal Consumer Protection Commission has already processed the above disqualified products and asked the operators not to distribute the above unqualified products.
