The ITMA Asia exhibition was successfully held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center.

At this exhibition, overseas famous textile machinery enterprises such as Lida, Ou Ruikang, Tsuda Ko, and so on brought the latest models of ITMA 2011.

Lida has brought 4 kinds of spinning technology, bringing J20 and jet spinning machines to China and Asian markets.

The new generation Sirius double twister brought by the company is the first product at the China International Textile Machinery Exhibition and the ITMA Asia Exhibition.

The product can effectively reduce labor and energy consumption.

This new type of machine provides a large feed range and can process different kinds of yarns. Because of the electronic solution, the operator's intervention and maintenance needs are reduced.

The new Volkmann CT Folkman Kang twister made by orrican Sura has focused on energy saving. The machine has Eco-Drive energy saving pmission technology and eco energy saving spindle. Even if processing high count yarn, it can achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction, and the energy saving can reach up to 40%.

The ZAX9100-Terry-280-8C-J towel loom exhibited by the Tsing Chi Kok Industrial Company has PSC program controlled speed adjustment function, which reduces the speed of the side groove part of weaving difficulty, thereby greatly improving the production efficiency. The machine configuration protects the weft insertion of weft, and achieves the goal of reducing the consumption of gas by 10% through the dual valve control technology and the optimal design of the trachea.

Unlike traditional printing presses, this machine needs no plate making, but uses the latest piezoelectric ink-jet mode to achieve a small batch, fast and flexible production mode, and also makes the digital printing process more convenient and environmentally friendly.

After visiting this exhibition, the domestic textile machinery equipment has made rapid progress in recent years. Whether cotton spinning equipment, chemical fiber equipment or knitting equipment, the most notable characteristics are speed, efficiency and employment.

Most of the dyeing and printing equipment is developed with the requirements of energy saving and emission reduction and green environmental protection, and has the functions of less water, no water dyeing and water recycling.
