"Manufacturers have begun to manufacture children's clothing according to the new standard. Now a small number of children's clothing that is still sold on the old standard is 2 to 3 years old.

However, in Chaotianmen wholesale market and some small shops, the situation is quite different. Many children's clothing has no tag at all. Even if there is only a label, it is not indicated that the clothing has been inspected.

For the new national standard shop owner said, "never heard of it. Anyway, children under 12 years old are called children's clothing, regardless of infants and young children or other clothes. They are all the same in size and quality. They are all first class products and can be bought at ease."

He also said that the new national standard of textile is mandatory, and the regular manufacturers will produce according to the national standard, otherwise the products will be banned from listing and selling.
