The impact of the global financial turmoil has become increasingly apparent, and the external demand market has been shrinking rapidly. Meanwhile, in order to protect its own enterprises, many countries have imposed restrictions on the import of Chinese products by levying anti-dumping duties.
It is understood that in 2008, Quanzhou encountered 13 new anti-dumping investigations initiated by 7 countries (regions), 2 cases of countervailing investigations, involving about 60 million dollars, involving 142 enterprises.
