The role?

After the completion of the submission, each department will examine itself and pick out what he thinks is most satisfying and most integrated.
Maybe the operation Department will have their idea. The planning department will have the idea of the planning department. They will all come together and they will come to me in the end.
Before that, I will probably tell them that next year our main colors are those big themes. For example, this year's autumn and winter split is done by "everyone is an artist".
Now I am in charge of the examination and approval. The team will make proposals, vote and budget.
Everyone will be annoyed in a structure. This part is an internal undertaking.

Tang Feng Feng: we have 800 people now.
The whole company is divided into three lines, one line is the commodity streamline. It starts from the whole plan, to the proofing, to the order and the shooting. This is a time line. We call it commodity flow.
After you have made this line, nearly half of your entire clothing company's department will be surrounded.
Then how many SKU do you need for each product line, how many times the pformation is made, how much sales you can bring, and how much sales each designer brings.
These indicators will appear in every department.
If you do not divide it into a part of performance appraisal, but as the goal of your team, it is a very clear direction.
The second line is the operation line, that is, how to sell it.
Advertising, brand, customer experience, customer service, logistics warehousing, is a whole line.
The third is the management line, such as the financial statements, the whole budget how to do, how the personnel flow, and then the cost of personnel.
The company has always been a heavy product and light marketing company.
