Reporter: Zeng, when did you enter the underwear industry? What underwear brands are your main business agents currently?
Ceng Yongtian: I entered the underwear industry in 2007. At that time, I opened the underwear retail store, and began to do underwear agency since 2010. Reporter: when did you start acting for Tataj? What was the reason for choosing Tata?
Ceng Yongtian: I started acting as agent Tataj in autumn and winter of 2015. I chose Tataj as the main advantage of Tataj's style design, print version, fabric selection, color matching and production capacity than Guangdong's other enterprises.
Reporter: in your opinion, what is the most important thing for long-term cooperation between agents and brands? What improvements do you expect in the next cooperation with Tataj?
Ceng Yongtian: in my opinion, the most important thing for long-term cooperation between agents and brands is to trust each other, and then each of them has a very strong initiative. The brand is responsible for brand positioning, product development, product production, quality control, promotion strategy and promotion of supporting tools. Agents are responsible for fighting in the front line and doing well in the market. They trust each other, echo each other, support each other, and supervise each other, so that they will cooperate for a long time.
Reporter: now the competition in the underwear market is becoming more and more intense. What are the plans for the following?
Yong Tian We are in a changing era. Now the terminal providers feel very impetuous and very confused. I think we should calm down to do what we should do according to our own advantages, and slowly guide some of the end businesses with ideas to grow with us.
The Internet is a tool that will take us away. Division It's more detailed. We just need to do what we are good at. I think a company's Internet application is not only open shop, open shop, open micro mall and so on, but I think it is three-dimensional and comprehensive. Our VIP customer management, shop management, customer management, employee salary settlement assessment and so on can be optimized by using the internet tool. It is a systematic project.
We are making exploration and layout in this area, and the specific progress is not easy to disclose. The next underwear market competition will become more and more intense. We think which company has lower operating costs, which company has more high-quality talents, that company will win. We buy real estate to store the company's storeroom, exhibition hall and offices together to reduce and optimize our operation cost and efficiency. The saved money is used to improve the company's staff salaries. In the long run, I think we will have some advantages.
Reporter: how is Tataj's development in the locals? Did Tataj's development in 2015 meet your expectations?
Ceng Yongtian: Tata is currently occupying a certain market share in Chongqing, and sales are on the rise. Market consumers are generally good at product evaluation, which is a good start for 16 years of sales. The expected goal in 2015 is close to the goal of undertaking the Tataj brand at that time. In general, there is still much room for improvement.
Reporter: nearly two months have passed since 2016. For the development plan of Tataj in Chongqing in 2016, you must have planned well before the year to disclose it.
Zeng Yong Tian: in 2016, we will increase the promotion of Tataj brand in Chongqing. On the one hand, we plan to expand the proportion of Tata based on our proprietary chain system, and strengthen the training of salesmen's Tataj fabrics, styles and selling points. On the other hand, we plan to deepen our cooperation with Chongqing quality terminal providers, not to care about the broader aspects, but to focus on cooperation and make him do well and serve well.
