In June 16th, Mr. Jiang spent another 25880 yuan on another website to buy 10 boxes of Thailand imported hole Yan 40g, and the manufacturer is Guangzhou Tong Kang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.

After eating, Mr. Jiang found that the taste was wrong. Mr. Jiang asked the AQSIQ that the imported bird's nest was only relevant to Malaysia and Indonesia, while Vietnam and Thailand were illegal, so the bird's nest purchased was not counterfeit or smuggled.

Later, Mr. Jiang went to vip.com.

However, vip.com finally failed to deliver its promise on the grounds that it had no food safety problems.

Mr Jiang therefore took vip.com to court and complained to Nanfang Daily on 16 March. At present, the case of consumer rights protection is under trial. In view of the fact that the case has entered the trial session, the court said it was not convenient to respond.

The case of Moutai's fake Moutai liquor is one of the most typical cases. Vip.com has been widely concerned in the case, including the consumers' Association and Xinhua news agency, sending letters and criticizing it. The pressure of public opinion finally forced vip.com to recognize the sale.
