It is still a matter of fact. Who dares to claim to be a traditional enterprise?
What is the tradition? Like Europe, Japan and South Korea, there are traditional enterprises. Germany has done more than 10000 more than 100 years, but people may not be listed, do not finance, do not engage in C2B, B2C, and others do well. In this industry, we can have absolute superiority in market share.
And how many of us are traditional businesses? We have been doing physical retail for more than ten years, and we dare not say that we have done the retail business.
The original business is very good to do, rent a factory, subcontracting out can make money, but after more than ten years, suddenly someone said that you are not good enough to do so. Now we have to do electric business. The electricity supplier is not traditional. Making hundreds of billions of money is not making money either? Do we want to make our enterprises that can earn some money turn to large-scale "hooliganism"?
So, I think, if you want to pform, someone told you, I want to pform, ask you, "what type do you wake up?" if the original is not, what type do you change? So we are now doing two things: return and upgrade.
Transformation and upgrading are always like this. I want to talk about upgrading and pformation.
In my opinion, in the industry where the enterprises are located, they are qualified to say that I am going to turn around.
I went to cross the border to "rob". If my industry is still away from 20, what will it be?
So we hope to upgrade in our industry.
It turned out that many retail businesses in China used the idea of real estate to do retail business, so long as they could make money, then came the Internet and came to cross border robbery. When did they come up with something?
You didn't do the best -- not really retail, including one.

Shop, it is no longer a customer, I now ask our staff to go out to receive customers, so we do not receive customers, nor touch goods, which is a lot of retail businesses sad, even if they do not receive customers, do not touch goods, we earn the same.
Now it's different. Business is not growing so fast now. It hasn't increased by 20% - 30% as before. This is upgrading.
First, return to the essence of doing retail, and then do the best in this direction. In fact, innovation is not the most important thing. Now the most important thing is to return to the essence.
The two words of O2O and B2C are about to disappear.
As for O2O and B2C, I think these two words will soon be gone, so I will try my best to commemorate them.
O2O is not a word tied to B2C at all. It is a product of a stage. Soon, 3 or 5 years later, if someone tells you about O2O, you will think that he is very OUT, because everyone belongs to two fields. Later, it is found that there is a combination of "who and who" and "who 2 who" and who should not be 2.
Is retail under the line not B2C? Offline retail is not "from business to consumer"? Why is there another O2O? Because the original two are fragmented.
The so-called "extreme" is the vertical subdivision of the best areas, or is still in the process of doing that, when it is good, it is the same as traditional B2C, pure B2C, it uses the same goods, and B2C and offline line are used for two goods, second, they are facing the same wave of guests, originally split two waves, but this is the same wave.
In the future, the Internet will be forgotten like these two words, and no one will mention "electric lights" or "wires" anymore.
Where is the innovation of traditional retail?
After many years of development, the entity store has accumulated a lot.
But the good things bought in Yintai are so small and expensive. Why? It's because of the supply chain.
B2C business platform has been born, has opened up the national supply chain, and offline retail did not do this.
"A little bit expensive" is to be solved. After solving it, it is the same, same price and homogeneity with the online and offline.
The final upgrade is what consumers say, membership, goods and services.
In this case, the word "O2O" is gone, and the word "B2C" will soon be gone.
So everyone was talking about B2C, M2C and O2O.
Lao Tzu's sentence, "the world knows beauty as beauty, evil evil already", if it all feels that this thing is like net red, it will change.
"Positive" is not going to change. We must think clearly about the enterprise. We must keep it in mind. We must keep it. We have our own right. We think about it for a long time. When I was doing CEO in 2009, I called all my colleagues together because I was a layman. I said, what is the product of Yintai? No one has made it clear.
We are doing a good job in retailing, helping you choose and endorse strongly. This is our company, our product and the foundation of our survival.

What we have done in the future practice has been clearly seen by us. At least retail is like this. It has been clearly visible. There is no need to think too much at the bottom. "Net red live", that is the term, to return to your own path, what is the thing you should obey, that is the customer's needs, what customers think, and you think hard for him.
Our enterprise now imaginary still can earn tens of billions per year, that is the essence, not the innovation, the essence must do well, must achieve the ultimate goal, but must innovate at the same time, what is the innovation point?
We are also a way to move. We have no innovation team, but there is a strong security team for innovation work.
What is innovation? Innovation is to destroy the company's action rules with the right of action you have in hand. If the company's innovation is done by CEO, it will be sad.
The key point is why there are so many innovations. We have finished the innovation today, but we did not win the gold medal, and we commended two silver awards.
Suppose an employee is listed as a typical innovation. First, let the HR of the group inform the employee's superior Supervisor: "this person has innovated, you have to work hard and don't give it to him. If he doesn't come to work today, don't bother him."
It is impossible to have no right to act.
If there is no culture of inclusiveness in the enterprise, those executives will be anxious with you. You can make a group of people innovate and innovate. It is an orientation of the internal values of the enterprise, instead of an idea coming out today, and tomorrow will come up with an idea called innovation.
Therefore, the guarantee mechanism of innovation is more important than innovation itself.
