The Interim Provisions are one of the specific implementation plans of the SAIC's opinions on vigorously promoting the facilitation of trademark registration.

The issuance of the Interim Regulations indicates that the commission accepts the trademark locally.

After the trial, the trademark applicant will start the application of trademark registration in the near future.

According to the interim regulations, the industry and market supervision departments at or above the county level, commissioned by the Trademark Bureau of the General Administration of industry and commerce, set up a reception window for application for trademark registration in the local administration hall or the registration hall.

The applicant will fill in the relevant materials by the province (autonomous region and municipality directly under the central government).

After the opinions of the market supervision department are submitted to the Trademark Bureau of the General Administration of industry and commerce, the acceptance business can be carried out after the announcement is approved.
