China'S Annual Net Profit Of 60.9% Kappa Brand Store 1496
In February 27th, China trend group announced the unaudited performance in the 12 months ended December 31, 2018.
In the 12 months ended December 31, 2018, China trend group recorded a revenue of 1 billion 706 million yuan, up 17.3% over the same period last year, and the group equity holders should account for 315 million yuan in profit, down 60.9% from the same period last year, 5.44 points per share and no dividend.
According to the announcement, the decline in earnings was mainly due to the continued decline in the global stock market index in the second half of 2018 and the decline in stock prices such as Alibaba held by the group.
But with the stock market turning better, the loss of the Bourges stock market as a result of this performance has all been recovered.
In the second half of 2018, the performance of China trend group's Kappa brand line still increased and was in line with the management's expectations.
In terms of brand promotion, we continue to implement the integrated marketing promotion strategy under the online offline coverage. We focus on the BANDA elements and cross border cooperation with famous designers and IP, and actively participate in the major international trend events to enhance brand image.
The total number of Kappa brand shops is 1496.
During the review period, China trend group continued to optimize the distribution of retail networks and enhance store efficiency through the brand led mode.
In December 31, 2018, the total number of Kappa brand terminal stores reached 1180, and Kappa children's wear shops were 316.
Compared with the end of last year, the net increase was 9 (Kappa brand stores increased by 43, and Kappa children's stores decreased by 34).
Among them, Kappa stores and children's wear, the number of direct and indirect retail outlets operated by self retailing subsidiaries is 538 and 52.
During the period, China trend group further deepened channel reform. In addition to continuing to rectify and close down inefficient shops, it also spared no effort to optimize the existing shop network, and actively set up head shop, shopping center store and OLE store.
Among them, the brand stores in the shopping center accounted for 9 percentage points higher than the same period last year.
At the same time, the number of Kappa brand stores also began to increase. As of the end of December 2018, the total number of Kappa brand shops was 1496 (including children's wear), a 9 increase from the end of last year.
Thanks to significant channel reform, the group's same store sales and retail sales have maintained steady growth.

China trend group's main business Kappa brand business in 2018 total sales amounted to 1 billion 175 million yuan, compared with 2017 sales of RMB 992 million yuan to raise RMB 183 million yuan.
The children's clothing business unit, 2018, achieved sales of RMB 130 million yuan, up 1300 yuan compared with sales in 2017.
As of December 31, 2018, sales of China's Kappa brand non self operated channel business in 2018 amounted to 428 million yuan, an increase of 45 million yuan compared with the sales volume of non self operated businesses in 2017, 383 million yuan. The percentage of non self operated businesses in China's Kappa business accounted for 36.4%.
As of December 31, 2018, the number of self distribution and retail outlets operated by the Chinese branch Kappa brand through retail subsidiaries has reached 538.
In 2018, the sales volume of self operated channel business reached 747 million yuan, an increase of 138 million yuan compared with the sales of self operated channel business in 2017, compared with that in 2017, and the percentage of self operated business in China's Kappa business reached 63.6%.
