    I am a very ordinary person, like many friends, after graduation, I found a job. I am not willing to work after work.     As far as my personal experience is concerned, I think there are many things that I can share with you. Maybe you can see your shadow from me. But maybe all of you, I hope all of you, especially those who just want to start a business, can take a few detours and learn to analyze and summarize after seeing my experience.

    03 years ago, after graduating from school, I went to work in a company with relatives. I stayed there for three years. During the three years, I worked as a single player, store sales and finance. Three totally different work experiences were too important and precious for me. Every time I changed jobs, I was faced with a new start learning.

    Because my reading profession is computer application, which is not related to sales and finance. At that time, the boss attached great importance to me and willing to give me time. I should take this opportunity to recharge myself and enrich my experience in other fields. After all, I was happy with my salary.

    After three years of work, I told myself that I am not reconciled to the idea that finance is not my pursuit. I am also like many Chaoshan people, who want to do business in their bones. Three years of working life, that is, in order to start a business, they are not willing to work for a lifetime. By the end of 06, I have communicated with my relatives about this idea. They are also very supportive. Let me go out and make a rush, how big the outside world is, how much we can have depends on ourselves.

    In the early years of 07, when I was in Guangzhou last year, I started my first business career. At the very beginning, I was full of confidence in myself. After all, I had a lot of rich people in my company before. I remember that when I took the stalls, I got 2 in one breath, and borrowed tens of thousands of money with my family when I didn't have enough money, because I didn't think of any consequences at all.

    店鋪開張前我跟女朋友(也就是現在的妻子)就經常出去逛廣州的服裝批發市場,從高檔逛到低檔,一開始,我們也想著,賣質量好點的,人家買東西肯定是質量好些的才會有回頭客吧,非常簡單的想法,于是第一批貨就是廣州的火車站白馬進的貨,均價在100元左右,雖然沒進多少,也足夠花掉三分之一的預算了;但是,店鋪開張后,生意一直不好,當時我也不明白其中的道理,別家的都是很多人,商場人流很旺,我們就沒什么生意,勉強只能做到保本,但我們可不是為了保本來開店的呀,在與對面商家朋友聊天的時候,這位大姐的話給了我當頭一棒,這邊的群體是以工廠的為主,每月一號工廠放假,都是人滿為患的場面,但是你賣這么貴的衣服,人家在工廠打工的人怎么舍得買呢? 我當時就懂得了市場第一點要素,開門店,沒有分析消費群體就賣這么貴 的衣服,這根本是瞎搞,結果不用說也知道,能保本我應該是偷著樂了,唯一采取的辦法當時是低價賣掉高價貨,給店鋪重新上一批更符合這個群體價位的服裝,但在換款的過程中,還犯過第二個錯誤,就是款式人家不喜歡,后面也是經過別人的指導,我才慢慢找到了自己的狀態,從中學到了零售店中的很多技巧,包括砍價,陳列,貨品的組合和銷售;開門店確實很鍛煉人,但也非常辛苦,基本是上午9點開到晚上10點,有客人還會更晚些,但對于我們一腦子想賺錢的人來說,辛苦二字顯得太不重要了;到08年的時候結了婚,也生了小孩,沒辦法,老婆要照顧小孩只能轉掉了一間檔口,賺了些錢也只能作生活費備用了,此時商場的人氣和生意也急劇下降,收入減少的情況下,我當時就想到了淘寶 ,其實接觸淘寶是06年的事,但那時只是買東西,而且是很坑人的購買體驗,到了08年這個時候我才想起把衣服放上網去賣,當時剛好我一個朋友在十三行開店做自己牌子的,有自己的模特圖片,我就開始去跟他接洽,拿了圖片就放到網上去開始賣了,在這個時候,我專業的知識就派 上用場了,學計算機的P圖和電腦操作還是沒問題的,而且這個時候的淘寶不是要求要有多精美的圖片,上傳后就等著賣了,因為沒有推廣的原因,生意也只能說是一般,一個月我還記得大概就是賺點生活費就差不多,卻是非常辛苦的經驗,因為當時住6樓,每次去十三行拿 貨坐三輪車回來,一大包貨都是從一樓扛到六樓,晚上打包好,又從六樓扛到一樓給快遞,這樣的生活持續了一年時間;服裝零售店我開到了09年底,當時三年合約到期了,沒辦法,高額的進場費和租金,意味著我們如 After three years of hard work, the money earned was not enough for the entry fee.
