    Most successful entrepreneurs are masters of resource integration. Creative integration of resources is one of the key factors for their success.

    The lack of resources is the main driving force for entrepreneurs to integrate resources. I appreciate the definition of entrepreneurship by Professor Stevenson of Harvard Business School. He believes that entrepreneurship is a process of seeking opportunities under the constraints of current resource conditions and combining different resources to make use of and develop opportunities and create value.

    People often use "starting from scratch" to describe entrepreneurs' risk of taking risks, hard work and strong will. Lack of resources, difficulty in financing and attracting talents are common phenomena for entrepreneurs.

    Resources are necessary for human beings to carry out any activities. To grasp entrepreneurial opportunities, they also need corresponding resources.

    Entrepreneurial activities tend to seize opportunities under insufficient resources. This is not the same as ignoring resources. On the contrary, this definition is precisely to remind entrepreneurs to integrate resources creatively.

    Entrepreneurs who lack resources are eager to acquire resources, lack of strength, lack of business performance and uncertainty of growth, which make it difficult for entrepreneurs to obtain resources.

    Many entrepreneurs have to put their savings into their own businesses, that is, "self financing".     No matter how expensive it is, it makes people happy. Besides, the flyover does not specify who will invest in the construction, and the government agrees that it is good.

    The young man got the approval from the government, and immediately after he came out from the government to find Coca-Cola's famous big companies to talk about advertising business. It's a good thing to build billboards on such a busy street.

    In this way, the young man received the deposit from the big company, and built the flyover with this money.

    The flyover is built and the advertisement is hung up. The young man gets the balance from the big company. This is his first pot of gold.

    You may think this story is not representative. If the young man does not know the official of the government, will the government believe him?

    Can you give him approval?

    I am not very clear about this.

    But even if I know government officials, I think this story is still intriguing.

    I will analyze this later.

    Let's take a look at a story once reported by CCTV's fortune story club.

    In 2004, a sudden incident caused a great calamity in Zhuhai Nintaus.

    At this meeting, Tian Jia Jun also organized more than 300 suppliers to set up Nintaus supplier management committee.

    The management committee represents 300 creditors and asks suppliers to supervise enterprises and coordinate with Nintaus to deal with debts.

    The conference and the supervision committee after the meeting made suppliers and Zhuhai Nintaus turn enemies into friends.

    However, the restoration of production is facing financial difficulties. In order to solve the problem of production capital, Tian Jia Jun thought of borrowing money from suppliers.

    Clear thinking, he decided to break through a supplier's psychological defense line, he found Mao Xubing, Mao Xubing in Nintaus also owed 4 million of their own loans, and then lend Nintaus 2 million 600 thousand.

    The specific way of Tian Jia Jun is to give Mao Xubing a special account to allow Mao Xu to manage the new loan to Nintaus.

    When funds become products, they control products.

    At the beginning, it was capital, then turned into a product, still managed by Mao Xubing, Nintaus received payment to Mao Xubing, Mao Xubing shipped again, Mao Xubing signed the shipment.

    Nintaus, for sales agents, first receives money and then delivers goods, so Nintaus's payment is received. Actually, it is collected on Mao Xu's account. Mao Xubing sends the goods out again.

    In this way, Nintaus's capital and logistics can flow.

    In fact, Mao Xubing is very clear about the real reason why Nintaus is in crisis. Moreover, Tian Jia Jun's loan scheme sounds reasonable, giving full consideration to the rights and interests of suppliers, plus his trust in Tian Jia Jun himself.

    As a result, 2 million 600 thousand yuan was soon lent to Nintaus.

    Subsequently, Mao Xubing himself joined Nintaus, Zhuhai, and became the manager of the purchasing department.

    Mao and Xu invested 2 million 600 thousand and other suppliers began to invest.

    Otherwise, how can we restore production?

    When can debt be cleared?

    As a result, more and more suppliers joined the financing team.

    The funds are available, but at this time, the production line of Nintaus in Zhuhai has been sealed for half a year and is paralyzed. How can Tian Jiajun resume production?

    The company also came up with a "brand export": Nintaus can not produce, it is called someone else to produce, Nintaus is processed by other manufacturers, Nintaus gives them brand contracts.

    Nintaus chose Jia Cai company.

    At that time, the development department, the sales department, the production management department and the quality department all went to Choi Choi.

    After a short year of brand export, Mao's debts were not only recovered, but also the production of Nintaus in Zhuhai.

    Three, from the above examples, I analyze the resource integration mechanism, combining with similar examples, I have summarized several principles of resource integration.

    First, identify and identify resource providers that can be integrated as much as possible.

    Second, analyze the interests of potential resources providers and find common interests.

    Business activities emphasize interests, and resource integration requires careful analysis of the interests of potential resource providers.

    In the story of repairing the overpass, the young man wants to make money. The government hopes to make achievements. Big companies want to advertise in the golden area.

    In Nintaus's story, the supplier hopes to return the money, and Nintaus will get rid of the trouble to restore production.

    On the surface, their respective purposes are different, and their interest demands are different. But there is a connection. Just like what Tian Chun Chun told suppliers, you can't earn money without your money, and you can't pay for it. Conversely, if the enterprise is likely to collapse, you will not see anything.

    Once there is a common interest among different appeals organizations or individuals, or a close interest relationship is established, it becomes a stakeholder.

    Third, let the other side win first and then win the integration mechanism.

    Resources can be integrated together and need cooperation. Cooperation needs win-win or even win.

    There must always be a beginning for cooperation. Without the foundation of cooperation, it is not easy to start a win-win situation.

    I think the key to the success of the above two examples is that the main idea is to let the other party win first in exchange for the trust of the other.

    The boy who repaired the flyover clearly told the government that he had paid for the overpass and did not indicate that he built it himself.

    Tian Jia Jun gave Mao Xubing a special account and asked Mao Xubing to manage his new loan to Nintaus company. After making the product, he first owed the debt to Mao Xu.

    It is worth noting that Mao Xubing is not very reassured. Mao Xubing even joined Nintaus as the purchasing manager.

    Similarly, Nintaus chose Jia Cai company not just "brand output", Tian Jia Jun, the development department, sales department, production management department, quality department of all the people went to Jia Cai.

    This reminds me of a famous old Rockefeller's saying that friendship built on the basis of business is always more important than the business based on friendship.

    Fourth, communication.

    Communication is very important.

    Whether it is the young man who built the flyover or Tian Jia Jun, his strong communication skills are the key factors for their success, though there is no detailed description in the story.

    There are many similar stories. If we pay attention to them and analyze them seriously, we believe that there will be many inspiring ideas to enhance our ability to integrate resources.
