In October 1999, the Shanxi Ruijie Biochemical Co., Ltd., which covers more than 30 mu, broke the ground. They built, designed, and invested in 1311 yuan.
In December 20th of the same year, the first adjustment of industrial structure in Shanxi was convened, and the L- lactic acid project was selected.
In 2000, L- lactic acid project was identified as a national high-tech industrialization promotion project.
In 2001, the provincial "fifteen" plan "1311" project identified the L- lactic acid project as the 100 highest priority.
This naming not only made Wen Wenxing's enterprise the largest L- lactic acid manufacturer in China, but also filled the blank of the L- lactic acid project in China's pharmaceutical industry.
In 2003, the output value of his enterprise expanded to 15000 tons and fixed assets about 76000000, becoming the largest L- lactic acid production enterprise in Asia. In the same year, it was recognized by the national development and Reform Commission as a demonstration project of high and new technology industrialization.
Now, Wen Wenxing has expanded its business to calcium lactate.
He thinks twenty-first Century is the era of health care, and the market for health products is getting bigger and bigger.
At present, his L- calcium lactate has been rolled out in Beijing and Shanxi, and Shanghai branch was established in 2004. The occupation of Guangzhou market is being planned.

In October 2002, after the L- lactic acid project was put into operation, Wen went to the United States to buy the technology heavily, and returned a technician who left the ocean with an annual salary of $100 thousand.
