In 1993, Xiao Hong began giving up some performances and went to Beijing Institute Of Fashion Technology for half a year.
In the half year of his study in Beijing, Xiao Hong felt that the door to dress design was opening to himself. "Especially the Korean clothing version, it is very particular about self-cultivation. The waist can be covered and the legs are thick enough to make up for it."
In 1994, 10 years ago, when Han Feng "raged" China, Xiao Hong went to Korea to learn design.
In fact, it is a clothing store that makes Xiao Hong determined to learn design.
While studying in Beijing, Xiao Hong and Qiu Huiguo opened a 9 square meter clothing store outside a university in Hangzhou. Xiao Hong, who had a very "unique" vision, always went back to the clothes which were very popular with students, and sold nearly 6000 yuan on the first day, which was a great dance of Xiao Hong.
A few months later, Xiao Hong was not satisfied with the status quo, because most businesses around him came from Guangzhou and other places, and the goods were not very different.
In 1994, she went to Seoul, Korea (now renamed Seoul). During her spare time, she collected some styles suitable for Chinese people and started her own design.
Husband Qiu Huiguo bought 4 sewing machines, found several sewing workers, and began to follow the way Xiao Hongji came back after the "shop front shop". His Korean style clothes, which were self-contained and full of personality, were immediately popular with the local fashion people. The shop quickly won the reputation, and the business grew bigger and bigger.
By 1996, the 9 square meter shop had developed into two 60 square meters shops. Qiu Huiguo also received some uniforms from banks and enterprises.
In 1996, Xiao Hong ended her career in Korea.
Before returning home, she registered B.R.J brand in South Korea, and B.R.J, which has been relying on shop management, has officially entered a shopping mall in Hangzhou this year.
For half a month, she spent a half month looking for a button to go to Korea. Xiao Hong once attended a theme "metal" party. When Xiao Hong arrived in the dinner party at a white dress, wearing a gold earring and necklace, she found the women dressed very carefully. Some of her nails were gleaming with gold and sparkle. Only when she had a casual bag, she immediately took off the silver hairpin on her head and did not put it on the bag to resolve the embarrassment.
"I think I have counted the collocation, but the strict requirement of dressing and collocation in South Korea still makes me feel deeply."
The girls are not willing to go out, they don't wear good makeup, they don't match their shoes.

It is this experience that deeply affected Xiao Hong's design career.
In his own design, Xiao Hong attached great importance to the details, integrity and dress matching of the design.
She once found a suitable button for half a month to run around Japan, Hongkong and Shanghai, and found thousands of styles to find the button that pleased her.
"Modern women dress up with individuality and strengths and weaknesses. Some of the Korean versions are characterized by the overall combination of the highlights and the influence of Korean TV culture, so Hanfeng is very popular.
In fact, China also has many good elements. If it can be used in fashion, the Chinese wind will become more and more popular.
Xiao Hong said.
One of the most satisfying works is not sold, but according to the Wuhan square, Xiao Hong's design is romantic, temperament and personality. Development should have prospects, but it is not necessarily accepted by the public.
Once, Qiu Huiguo entered a new world department store in Beijing with his brand, and quit after a year. "Consumers did not adapt to this style at that time."
Qiu Huiguo, who is far away in Hangzhou, said.
In 2000, Xiao Hong designed a work that he thought was very satisfactory. However, there were no shopping centres in several shopping malls in Beijing and Hangzhou.
It was a waterfall style evening dress that was decorated with ostrich hair. "I think it's OK to attend the Oscar prize giving ceremony."
Xiao Hong said.
Because he liked the design too much, Xiao Hong only made 10 exhibits, but it was exactly what Xiao Hong called the "perfect" design.
"It was hard at that time, but then I found my way."
Xiao Hong said.
For example, in this autumn clothing, there is a series of clothes written on the words "Imissyou, takecare" (I want you to take care of yourself), changing into various colors, all kinds of font embellished on clothes, very artistic conception.
This is Xiao Hong's inspiration after hearing a very empty music. "At that time I thought of my love. Actually, I thought a lot of words at that time. But after discussion by our design team, we think this sentence is the most touching and unmoving, and it can not arouse the girls' sympathy."
Xiao Hong likes to find inspiration in dreams, music and tourism, but she also admonished herself that "goods need art, but art needs market."
The other half supports Xiao Hongfei's further development in the life of Xiao Hong's happy designer, and her husband Qiu Huiguo's support is crucial.
Like so many garment enterprises, in B.R.J, the hostess Xiao Hong is responsible for the design, and her husband Qiu Huiguo does business. For designers, the most painful thing is the contradiction between art design and market, but unlike many family clothing enterprises, Qiu Huiguo never interferes with Xiao Hong's design.
"Let her free her imagination and not fetter her."
Qiu Huiguo said he absolutely trusted his wife's eyes and talent.
For example, many Hsiao Hong designs only a few yards. She thinks that one style is suitable for one type of person. Any change will change the wearing effect.
Qiu Huiguo firmly pursued this in his business.
He often meets some customers, because he is interested in the design, but he can't find the right size, so he wants to make the order.
"If there is no consensus, how can we manage it for a long time?"
Qiu Huiguo said.
B.R.J did not have too much difficulty in growing up. "The first time I saw Xiao Hong's design, the public acceptance was not too high, but I felt romantic, gentle, and temperament, and I was very particular about the details and had my own unique positioning."
