Loyal To Yourself, Boss Or Company?
Whenever a boss is looking at his employees, he wants loyalty, but when it comes to loyalty, the object is blurred. When the company is small, it can be said that the loyalty of the boss is loyal to the boss, others dig, kill and go, and "read the boss's book, listen to the boss's words, be a good employee of the boss". And strictly enforce the boss's instructions, responsible for the boss. But when big companies talk about loyalty, who are they loyal to? Who is responsible for it? There is no need to study. I am too tired. I will talk about it later." How do you manage such employees? He didn't want anything. He had no desire to become a leader. He didn't have his own goals. What did the boss do to him? It can be said that he enjoys work and enjoys life. But is he entitled to this in today's society? A person without goals is a person who is not loyal to himself. How can such a person be loyal to the company? Therefore, the boss should first educate employees to be responsible for themselves, then they can be responsible for the company and be responsible for the boss.
Secondly, we must be loyal to the company's constitution and carry out the system under the constitution. Why not say loyalty to the company? The company is only an abstract concept. It is not a living person. The company's representative can be said to be a boss, but the boss and employees are separated from many levels, and loyalty is not enough. So the boss made rules and regulations in the company, set up enterprise culture, carried out education and training, and put forward some laws and regulations. Employees are loyal to these "constitutions" and act in accordance with these principles and methods. They are loyal to the company and loyal to their bosses. This is why many bosses emphasize the fundamental reasons for corporate culture and system.
Let's talk about loyalty to our boss. Of course, what your boss does is to be loyal to your company when you are loyal to your boss. In many companies, it's more important to do things right than people. If the boss resigns, he will take away a large number of "his people", causing great losses to the company. So as a boss, we should constantly emphasize the company's corporate culture, the system, the "constitution" of the company, and be able to restrict blindly to the boss.
Therefore, employees should first be loyal to themselves and then be loyal to the company's constitution, and when bosses do their duties, they should also be loyal to their superiors.
