甚至有專家認(rèn)為:身在職場(chǎng),那些“擰巴”的五官搭配對(duì)于周圍的同事及伙伴而言,可能正在構(gòu)成一種暴力侵犯。情緒是具有巨大的感染力的,當(dāng)老板總是不笑,傳遞給員工的是一種消極、抑郁或焦慮的情緒,自然會(huì)使員工感到困擾和壓力。雖然,微微一笑需要牽動(dòng)面部13塊肌肉,但是,相對(duì)于同樣需要調(diào)動(dòng)不少面部肌肉的發(fā)怒或皺眉,笑難道真就那么難?

不過,也有不信邪的,我的同事小張就打算和老板較量一把,他的理論是:“他越是這樣,我就是越要干得好給他看看。我的工作這么出色,他憑什么不對(duì)我笑一下?”小張的較量最后也沒什么結(jié)果,雖然工作出色,頻繁地拿紅包,但我也沒見老板對(duì)他笑幾次。還有在我看來已修煉到頂級(jí)的同事,對(duì)老板的臉色陰晴與否已經(jīng)做到可以完全視而不見了。
