The Girl Who Graduated From University Is Happy To Do "Land CEO".
Yang Jiaoyang was seen in her vegetable greenhouses, dressed in thick clothes and a pair of fashionable black boots. She was wearing a simple student's head, and her skin was tanned.
If I do not tell you, I am afraid it is hard to imagine that this girl who looks like a yellow girl has an unusual reputation in the area. She is the "land CEO" of the more than 1500 mu land, and is also known as a large grain farmer.
Yang Jiaoyang, 25, graduated from Zhejiang Business Technology Institute two years ago. He applied for an accountant in a garden company in Ningbo. After a year, she quit her job and went back to Pingqiao Town, Tiantai County, Zhejiang Province, and contracted for more than 1500 mu of land. She started the "land CEO".
Not long ago, in the Taizhou youth entrepreneurship contest, she won the two prize in one fell swoop and was selected as "the ten major news personages in Zhejiang rural area in 2009".
Inadvertently became a big rice farmer.
Yang Jiaoyang's family is in the countryside.
It was hard to get out of the mountain area. She resolutely quit her job and went back to her hometown to become a farmer.
But Yang Jiaoyang was calm in his face: resigning from his job was because he had always wanted to start a business, and returning home to contract the fields for food was the result of his own deliberation.
Like many people who share the same idea, Yang Jiaoyang, who is eager to start his own business, initially faced two problems: first, capital and two, risk.
Once, a chance, a friend of my father told her that the country now attaches great importance to agriculture, and agriculture should have a good future.
The elders' unintentional words let Yang Jiaoyang germinate the idea of going to the countryside to start an undertaking. She began to pay attention to the agricultural policies of the country.
Yang Jiaoyang noted that, on the one hand, in recent years, grain shortage and grain prices have been raised, the government has encouraged farmers to grow grain and their support has been greatly strengthened. On the other hand, farmers have been working in cities and towns, and more and more grain fields have been abandoned.
His daughter's behavior was supported by parents who had been engaged in vegetable cultivation for a long time, and helped to explore everywhere. After the town of Pingqiao, Jiang Cun and Baixi Town, Hongqi village and Shuang Xi Kou village had wrapped up 600 mu of land.
In this way, a young female accountant wearing glasses and a bookish face began to farm in the field.
The pressure of starting a business is too great.
"Entrepreneurship is really too hard and stressful."
Recalling the experience of more than a year, young Yang Jiaoyang was filled with emotion.
Just contracted land is at the end of May, other fields have been planted seedlings.
Yang Jiaoyang was in a hurry. He thought that the more anxious he was, the easier he was to make mistakes.
One day when the land was ploughed, two tractors were caught in the mud because of the mud in the field. From morning till night, they could not pull out. When the rain poured down, she was in tears.
Because of lack of funds and manpower, Yang Jiaoyang used to do manual work many times.
I remember the harvest of late rice the year before, because there was no dryer, the harvested rice had to hang on the side of the road.
In order to prevent the rice from being stolen, Jiao Yang and her mother were at the side of the road in the evening.
It's a real nap. I took a nap on the electric tricycle. I didn't expect the temperature to drop suddenly in the evening. I woke up in the morning, and my hair and eyebrows were all covered with snow and frost.
In fact, hard work is a trivial matter. I am not afraid of hardships.
Of all the difficulties, what worries me most is my stress. The pressure of starting a business is too great. "
Yang Jiaoyang said that the past year was the year when he cried the most. He was worried that rice was too late to grow. He was worried that the rice would not grow well. It would be hard to wait until it could be harvested.
But of all the difficulties, the most pressing problem is capital.
Xiao Yang explained that almost all the money in the early days of the business was borrowed from people, and the money for buying fertilizer and seeds was also on credit, so she was most afraid of answering the phone at ordinary times, because ten times out of ten she urged her to repay the money.
"Especially when I'm anxious to use money and I can't borrow money everywhere, I'm really helpless. I can't help falling into tears. I even think of giving up, but I finally survived."
You can do big business in the countryside.
Yang Jiaoyang thought it worthwhile for him to go through his pioneering career. He is also confident about the future.
Yang Jiaoyang told reporters that in addition to the initial 600 acres of land, she later contracted nearly 1000 acres of grain fields in neighboring villages.
Last year, she also raised 700 thousand yuan to buy agricultural tractors, drying machines, seedling raising lines, pplanter and harvesters. From tillage to seedling raising and harvesting, the whole process was mechanized and the economic benefits of grain growing were greatly improved.
Yang Jiaoyang, who studied accounting, naturally forgot to write accounts: contracted land 150 thousand yuan, ploughing the land, borrowing machinery and equipment, planting, hiring people, killing insects, and buying fertilizer.
The expenditure has been spent nearly 400 thousand yuan, plus other equipment costs, the annual investment is probably more than 700 thousand yuan.
Yang Jiaoyang counted his fingers. "Now the rice purchase price is 1.07 yuan per catty, and the income of selling rice is about 600000 yuan. In this calculation, even if we lost a little bit last year, but because the cost does not need to invest more, and we heard that the grain purchase price will go up, we will make money next year."
During the busy season, the 25 year old girl manages more than 20 workers.
"Every night, we have to arrange second days of work plan.
Second get up every day before you get up, and prepare for a pile of things like pesticides, machinery and equipment, waiting for the workers to start work.
After everyone started work, Yang Jiaoyang had to run to and fro to do some dirty work.
"When you are busiest, you can't even eat."
Rain and sweat are also not clear when it comes to high temperature and rainy weather.
Nevertheless, Yang Jiaoyang still believes that the vast rural world is a good stage for university students to start their own businesses. On the one hand, they can realize their values and ideals, and at the same time, they can build bricks for the new countryside.
Today, Yang Jiaoyang also founded a "Tian He food professional cooperative", members from the initial four or five people have expanded to the current more than 30 people.
Cooperative members provide market information, purchase production and living materials, introduce new varieties and technologies, organize technical guidance and training, and carry out standardized production and brand management.
Yang Jiaoyang is now a veritable land CEO. Her ambition is also growing. "Next year, I will make money. Next year, I want to develop various kinds of agriculture, make agricultural and sideline products, open farmhouse, and also want to develop eco agriculture."
"Farmers used to go out to work outside the country. I believe that one day, farmers will return to the fields from the city.
Farming can also become a big boss, CEO. "
Yang Jiaoyang said.
