    Gekko initially focused on cleaning household appliances, but now it has focused on household electrical appliances cleaning, because Li Ke found that this is the key point of profit growth.

    Li Ke explained: "the so-called household electrical appliances cleaning is a special cleaning agent, which is directly cleaned under the normal operation of all kinds of precision electrical equipment, electrical machinery and equipment.

    The purpose of cleaning is to maintain these expensive equipment to prevent leakage, short circuit, weak signal and prolong service life.


    "For example, many units such as Hainan Mobile Corporation, China Telecom's Hainan branch, Hainan provincial Party committee, Xiaolangdi Dam hub administration and so on are all our customers. The switches, mobile base stations and so on are easily covered with dust. Through cleaning, they can prevent equipment failure and improve the efficiency of equipment."

    Li Ke, who has already had the first taste of sweetness, thinks that this is a field with few competitors.

    Part time brings entrepreneurial dreams


    In three years, the company's address changed three times, representing three different stages, from the initial residential buildings to some dilapidated office buildings. Not long ago, Geke moved to the prosperous China World Trade Center center of Hainan.

    Standing on the twenty-second floor of the company, Li Ke recalled the 6 years of entrepreneurial journey is really sad and happy.


    After graduating from college in 2003, Rick chose to start his own business, and this decision stems from his part-time experience in college.

    During the summer vacation, in order to earn some pocket money, Rick found work in the street and ran into the chain store shelter as a waiter.

    When the tea restaurant was booming, a man found Li Ke for 800 thousand yuan and hoped to run a tea restaurant with Li Ke.

    Li Ke also thought that this is an opportunity to expand the scale of the shop, and it readily accepted.

    Unexpectedly, the two people not only have different management ideas, but also have a strong desire for possessions.

    Li Ke gradually felt that he had been excluded from the competition. The internal conflict was fatal to an enterprise, and business was becoming increasingly deserted.

    Finally, one day, Li Ke took the day's turnover of 300 yuan to clean out the household.


    "At that time, I didn't even sign a contract for this partnership."

    Li Ke sighed.

    This failure made Li Ke lose everything.

    Every day, a lot of hair falls down, suffering and grievance filled with the fragile heart of this young man.


    Li Ke said he always regards time as life.

    After a short adjustment, he opened hotels and smoking hotels, all small investments, but failed.


    Business opportunities in desperation


    Li Ke said: "if we find the road is wrong, we will quickly admit defeat and save time for the next step."

    Unwittingly, I saw a news about residents cleaning household appliances, which made Li Ke think there are great business opportunities here.

    Because this is a new industry, he knows nothing about the development trend of the whole industry first, and rolls around many places to conduct field market research.

    After deciding that this is a good project, Li Kebian plunged into a local electrical appliance maintenance department, from scratch, to learn basic skills, to understand the internal structure and maintenance of electrical appliances.


    After six months of painstaking study, Li Ke, who had a project and technology, began to look for funds.

    This time, he learned the lesson from the beginning, and based on finding a like-minded investor, explained the responsibilities and obligations of the two parties by using the contract.

    In the daytime, Li Ke ran the market with only three employees. He sent leaflets, sweeping floors, doing activities in the District, running units in the streets under the scorching sun, watching the CD-ROM in the evening, and learning them now.

    In the days full of entrepreneurial passion, he did not feel tired at all.

    A month later, they ushered in the first paction - the cleaning of 40 air conditioners.

    In Li Ke's view, the lowest cost in the early stage of entrepreneurship can survive in the early stage of difficulty.

    Li Ke said: "now the comprehensive strength of Ge Ke can be ranked first in the province. Before I am forty years old, I will be able to achieve this goal and become an industry leader."

    But there are many obstacles in front of this young man.

    Since 2008, the company has changed greatly and develops faster and faster. He works sixteen hours and seven hours a day.

    Li Ke was so busy that he had to go home to recuperate early this Spring Festival, and the doctor gave the diagnosis as "too tired".


    Why is Li Ke so busy? Just like many entrepreneurs, it is hard to turn from a pro - lover to a manager who is a big hand.

    Although Li Ke is slowly trying to delegate power, he is faced with a difficult problem -- talent.

    Now, the key customers and future development of Ge Ke are administrative institutions and large state-owned enterprises, including government departments, hospitals, schools, banks, telecommunications and so on.

    Li Ke said with a smile, "under the circumstances of economic crisis, our company has not only reduced but expanded greatly, which is very much related to the distribution of our current customers."

    His other important customers are private enterprises, such as Internet cafes, hotels and entertainment establishments.

    Li Ke said: "business owners are concerned about machine loss and cost. Therefore, we usually directly give the concrete figures to customers after saving energy, reducing the risk of damage and reducing maintenance costs."
