    In August 8th, the State Ministry of industry and Commerce announced that more than 2000 energy intensive factories such as steel, cement and textile must be closed before the end of September. In the list of enterprises eliminated, there are 226 enterprises involved in the textile industry, of which 201 are printing and dyeing enterprises and 25 are chemical fiber enterprises.

    Li Yi, senior engineer of the equipment industry association, believes that the initiative of the Ministry of information technology to eliminate backward production capacity is necessary and timely for the healthy development of the textile machinery industry.     The printing and dyeing industry eliminated the backward production capacity list involving 16 provinces and municipalities directly under the central government, and the total volume of backward production capacity reached 3 billion 810 million 560 thousand meters / year.

    Jiangsu needs to eliminate chemical fiber and eliminate backward production capacity of 165 thousand tons.

    The head of China Chemical Fiber Industry Association said that the chemical fiber industry has completed the task of eliminating 1 million 370 thousand tons last year, and there is still a gap from the target of 2 million 300 thousand tons in the three year plan. The investment management department shall not approve and approve new investment projects, and land and resources administration departments will not approve new land use, and the relevant administrative departments shall not handle production licenses. Those enterprises that are not only matched by the market pressure of survival of the fittest, but also are not easy to match the industry's generous needle, are more likely to shut down production lines ahead of time, or be ordered to eliminate old equipment and old technology.


    As early as the first half of last year, the textile industry readjustment and revitalization plan released by the State Council put forward that by the end of 2011, the textile industry should eliminate the 74 type dyeing and finishing production line, the pre-processing equipment with a service life of more than 15 years, and the batch dyeing equipment with bath ratio larger than 1: 10.

    This time, the Ministry of industry and Commerce listed a list to be eliminated in September, which is just a part of revitalizing the implementation of the plan. It just makes people feel that the progress seems to be a little faster.


    Li Yi told reporters that the focus of the elimination of dyeing and printing equipment is type 74 equipment.

    The characteristics of the 74 type equipment are mainly cast iron, cast by the cast iron, and powered by DC motors. In strict sense, the equipment is basically absent in the printing and dyeing enterprises. Although the 74 type equipment has played an important role in the development of China's printing and dyeing industry in the 70s and 80s of last century, due to the progress of production technology and the urgent requirements for environmental protection, the equipment that has been nearly 30 years has already come out of the time.

    The backward production capacity of this phase is basically some old continuous production line. The bath is 1 to 10 in general.     Energy consumption, water consumption and COD content are the main indicators for energy saving and emission reduction in printing and dyeing industry.

    The consumption of water in the pretreatment process is generally large, which can account for about 60%. However, the printing and dyeing of the pretreatment process is higher than that of the latter process. As the actual production demand of the equipment depends on the production process and production variety, the energy saving and emission reduction work in the printing and dyeing industry can start from the links such as water reuse, heat preservation, water and waste gas recovery, radiation heat and other energy recovery.

    For example, the hydrogen peroxide and bleaching powder in the pre-treatment process can be reused after simple treatment. The waste heat can be recycled and heated, and the fresh water is heated by using waste water. The equipment itself enhances the thermal insulation performance.


    At present, the domestic printing and dyeing equipment has gradually begun to combine with the printing and dyeing production process, and already has the ability to combine with the energy saving and emission reduction production process.

    Domestic printing and dyeing equipment has made great progress in controlling energy consumption, water consumption and COD. Some air conditioner dyeing ratio has reached 1: 3~1: 4.

    The emergence of equipment such as refinement, electronic monitoring and intelligentization has made the accurate distribution of dyes and auxiliaries become a reality, and how much economic mode of production has been used to reduce the amount of dye remaining in water.

    Because a success rate is also a manifestation of saving, and recycling is also important, so the use of electronic control system, so that the product rework rate significantly decreased, also can achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction.

    The intellectualization of control system has realized the "equipment leading process", which has changed the embarrassing situation that equipment manufacturers follow the technological process caused by the lack of thorough research on the process.
