Introduction to school of fine arts and design, Tianjin Normal College

The school of fine arts and design was founded in August 26, 2007. It is composed of three international art schools, the former International Women's college, the former Academy of Arts, and the related majors of the former Academy of film and Television Arts.

There are 93 faculty members, of whom 69 are full-time teachers, 12 are full professors, 12 are associate professors, and 12 are masters tutors.

At present, there are 2264 full-time education students, including 1919 undergraduates, 65 master students, 304 adult education students, and 390 self taught student assistance classes (280 of them are full-time education).

The Institute aims to cultivate applied talents who are suited to the needs of economic construction and social and cultural development. College setting:

"China logo design and Research Center" was founded in May 23, 2003. Professor Mao Yue, Professor of the school of fine arts and design, and member of the national urban construction standard technology committee, serves as the director of the research center.

It is a national standard setting unit.

The research center consists of four sub centers: the national level project center, the national standard designated center, the national level textbook compilation center, and the national (key) engineering design center.

"Chinese Painting Art Institute" is the only Chinese Painting Art Research Institute in Tianjin comprehensive university. The Institute of Chinese painting art of Tianjin Normal University was founded in April 9, 2009, and the Institute is a research institution of the school. The Institute is the director of the Chinese Painting Department of the fine arts and Design Institute and Professor Chen Yuanlong, the master's tutor. The researchers include: Han Shi, Yang Zhigang, Huang Guohua, Li Qingzeng, Han liming, dun Zi bin, Li Li, Sun Yan, Ma Jun, and so on.

Foreign exchange: since the founding of the new college, it has attached great importance to academic exchanges and cooperation with universities and research groups at home and abroad. Many times have organized academic visits, and visited overseas art institutions and research institutions, including New Zealand Clothing Technology Research Institute, New Zealand National Southern Polytechnic University, Thailand Royal Normal University in Thailand, and Lanshi University in Thailand.
