A company with a sense of social responsibility and long-term development goals must first act according to law.
As far as local governments are concerned, they should not "acquiesce in enterprises not to buy insurance for their employees" as investment environment and develop "comparative advantage", and sell the interests of laborers to show their appreciation to capital.
