Reporter: the color spinning fashion design competition has been held for the third time. What is the meaning of the theme this year? What kind of hope do you have for this year's competition?
Sun Weiting: as a yarn enterprise, Huafu has no experience in hosting the fashion design competition. Under the leadership of the China Fashion Designers Association, it has successfully held two sessions, which is in line with our expectations.
But this expectation is important from the field of the sales structure of enterprises.
In reality, Huafu sells about 5% of its domestic and international sales structure each year, and its domestic market share and consumption structure are changing. This also fully demonstrates that the proportion of domestic consumers' consumption of colored spun yarn has been partially improved.
As far as the competition itself is concerned, the main designers of the competition are students from colleges and universities.
Many students, including lecturers and professors, only know the fabric, but it is not clear whether the fabric is dyed or dyed or dyed.

I think attracting their participation can bring the competition products to a higher level and further demonstrate the true charm of color spinning.
At the same time, through the first two races, we also felt that the design work of the contest is not very relevant to our real life, and there is a sense of stage show.
In this competition, we also want to make some breakthroughs in life and commercialization, so that people can actually associate the costume works created by the contest, and feel that they will feel what they wear on me.
This is our expectation for the third competition.

Sun Weiting: the knowledge popularization of the colored spinning industry chain, such as the relevance of fiber, yarn, fabric and clothing knowledge, is one of the main ways of university training.
Second, about the advantages of color spinning yarn itself and how to use it, this is also very critical knowledge popularization, and now it is mainly disseminated through websites.
In addition, we also have some tools, including some information about the enterprise, some design schemes we have made.
Reporter: the first two races produced many excellent works. What's their commercial value?
Sun Weiting: actually, the commercial value of the previous two competitions is not very high, because it only stays at the stage show level, just some creativity.
There is a process from creative work to a real design until it is accepted by our consumers.
For the third competition, we strive to be more life oriented and more innovative, which is what we are pursuing.
Reporter: the draft time of this competition is relatively shorter. Can we guarantee that enough design draft can be collected in such a short time?
Sun Weiting: it looks shorter, but our preparation and communication will be longer than the previous two sessions.
Reporter: will Huafu continue to pay attention to the development of contestants?
Sun Weiting: we are sure to pay attention to it. We have some cooperation as before. When we finished the first tournament, we invited the gold medallist to the company to prepare a studio for her to carry out the design and development work, but failed. Why didn't she succeed? Because her qualification is relatively shallow. If she could not become an independent designer, we would have "wrapped" her if she could not become an independent designer, so eventually we would let her go. After that, she went to work in the most famous designer brand in Guangzhou, and we kept in touch with her.
The growth of a designer to maturity requires a painstaking process.
I also have a dream that I hope to set up the corresponding studio directly for the terminal brand in the future, and the design office of terminal brand is located in Huafu. This independent design studio can directly serve the terminal, so that the studio can make money, and Hua Fu can popularize the colored yarn.
It's still a dream.

Comply with environmental protection, fashion and technology needs
Reporter: Huafu's brand positioning is "fashion source power". This design competition also put forward the theme of "source creation and color". How can Huafu realize its source fashion?
Sun Weiting: This is our identity card! Because of our source, in the whole industry chain, fiber, yarn, fabric, clothing, yarn are still in the source position.
From the perspective of the apparel industry, there are not many professional consumers, and a large number of consumers are still blind.
From a marketing point of view, how to make consumers mature and make mature choices, rather than blind choices, or not being influenced by others, is a fundamental problem.
Through the coloured spinning fashion design competition, including a variety of marketing or business activities, its purpose is to make people realize the advantages of colored spun yarn, so that through effective dissemination, people will choose purposefully and purposefully when buying colored spun yarn.
At the press conference, vice president Xu Wenying also said that the biggest feature of color spinning is environmental protection.
Dyed with 1/3 fibers, the dyed fibers were mixed with 2/3 undyed primary fibers.
That is to say, 2/3 of the fiber does not need dyeing, no sewage will be produced, so long as it is dyed with 1/3 water.
It can be said that this is a process that concentrates on performance, energy conservation and emission reduction from the source of dyeing.
This industry continues to develop as people's environmental awareness grows. For example, H&M, the international clothing brand, promised that all cotton would use "friendly cotton" before 2020.
It is this industry that has obvious advantages of environmental protection and humanization, and the future of industrial development is promising.
Second, from the perspective of values, this is a fashionable sunrise industry.
Because compared with dyed yarn dyed fabric, whether it is bleaching or dyeing or printing, no matter how shallow it is, it needs 100% of the addition of light, and the way of blending color will bring obvious color expression, and this color expression can really feel a hazy, hierarchical and spatial sense of standing, which is not available in dyed yarn dyed fabric.

Third, the science and technology of the color spinning industry.
Whether it is dyed or dyed, two different types of chemical fibers have different pH values, some are alkali resistant, and some are acid resistant. However, the technology of color spinning can achieve the blending of conflicting fibers, greatly expanding the field of product development.

Sun Weiting: for this slogan, we are still more of a spiritual experience. Huafu's yarn dyed yarn will eventually have greater recognition and recognition in the global leisure and sports brands.
Of course, from a dominant point of view, we still want to make a tag, for example, the yarn material of brand clothing is made by Hua Fulai, and it is our ultimate goal.
Lycra is also operating this way.
But at present, there is still some difficulty, such as front-line brands or international brands are reluctant to do so, although Huafu products share is very high.
The characteristic of yarn enterprises is the so-called "front road type marketing", that is, to make the trend first, then to design and develop the products, and then do the popular color cards.
The color card is actually a product plan, and then handed to the designer of the terminal.
After nearly twenty years of development, Huafu has become familiar with this marketing mode.
In the world, Huafu mainly promotes leisure and sports, but also has a certain proportion of underwear and household.
Leisure and sports two types of enterprises, we have locked around more than 300 in the world, regular communication, so that terminal brand designers understand Huafu's new research and development trend, and let us understand their new needs.
Chinese enterprises should grasp the right to price.
Reporter: some time ago, the China Textile Industry Federation issued the overall operation situation of China's textile industry in the first half of the year. It was considered that the gap between domestic and foreign cotton prices was widening, which greatly affected the overall development of the industry in 2012. How did Huafu feel about the fluctuation of raw material prices as one of the leading enterprises in the industry? How did Hua Fu overcome the pressure of domestic and foreign cotton prices?
Sun Weiting: this problem is a very tangled problem in the enterprise, industry and even the state.
Similarly, Huafu is under great pressure. Of course, our added value is relatively high. Nevertheless, we still have 60% to 65% of the fluctuation of raw materials and the proportion of enterprises engaged in yarn production is 75% to 80%.
As we all know, the difference between domestic and international cotton prices is basically around 4000 yuan.
Judging from the actual situation, the state's policy of purchasing and storing cotton is not only protecting the farmers but also protecting the textile industry.
Now, China is the biggest consumer country. How to make use of the right of consumption to offset the influence brought about by the difference in prices between domestic and international raw materials, can make itself not only make the manufacturing industry well, but also do well in circulation, and really grasp the right to speak the price. This not only requires the joint efforts of enterprises and industries, but also needs to enhance the wisdom collision at the national level, and really solve the cotton industry in the medium and long term, otherwise everything is impossible.
Reporter: there are three risks in the color spinning industry. One is the inventory risk in operation, the other is the technical risk in the field of technology, and the three is the risk in the field management.
Huafu has been established for nineteen years, and its ability to resist risks is still very strong. How did Huafu do in these areas?

When a new thing came into being, it developed step by step.
Some industries are very standardized, that is, as long as the industrial development is mature, there are many experiences and patterns that can be copied to all the founders.
However, as the color spinning industry has particularity, it is a new type. For example, with the development of the industry, the scale advantage of the enterprise is very important. It is precisely because of the three risks, which is also a major reason why the development of the industry is not very fast.
First of all, in the context of rapid development, if the yarn is not stock, it is difficult to pick up the order. If the yarn is in stock, it will be faced with market risks, especially the colored spinning enterprises, because the colored spun yarn is colored and the color has the popular attribute, the enterprise is not sure about the fashion trend, the product will face the depreciation.
Under such circumstances, if we want to have a quick response to meet the fast fashion demand of our end customers, we have to have a part of stock. But putting inventory will be faced with a risk. If it is a small enterprise, one thousand tons of yarn loss twenty million, the enterprise may go bankrupt.
The second is technology.
As we all know, the spinning process is very long. From cotton to spinning, there are seven or eight devices in it, and there are also many technological parameters. Like Huafu, the parameters change from about 20 thousand to 30 thousand a month. Once one of the parameters is mistaken, it will bring about a very big problem.
For example, the clothing composition problems exposed by media in the past few years, 60% cotton and 40% Dacron in clothing, but by authoritative inspection, cotton is 59% and polyester is 40%.
This may not be a question of integrity and morality, but the root cause is technical problems. The reason is that the control of manufacturer's parameters is not good enough, resulting in deviation of components.
For example, the mixture ratio of all colors is difficult to grasp.
All these depend on the technical management system, and the so-called risk is this.
Huafu is the second importing ERP system in the field of textile and clothing in China. The other is engaged in the production of billet yarn, and its varieties are relatively simple.
According to the current variety structure of Huafu color spinning, if it is managed artificially, it will be wrong in accordance with the current management state.
After importing the SAP ERP system and combining the characteristics of colored spun yarn, we have developed a perfect technology management system after years of development.
The third is on-site management.
To make lust spinning, the requirements of site management and cleaner production are quite high. Different colors and fibers can not interfere with each other, and interfere with each other will lead to quality problems.
The listed companies of the same trade have also made strategic adjustment, hoping to be able to color spinning, but why these excellent enterprises have not been established, the main reasons are in these three aspects.
