In June 13th, Sino Japanese joint venture Fengxin jendalai environmental protection Co., Ltd., which was joined by MITSUBISHI, Li Yang and TOYOTA, was established.

The joint venture of MITSUBISHI Japan Liyang holdings and TOYOTA trading joint venture will jointly build and operate the sewage treatment project of Fengxin printing and dyeing control area with the second largest shareholder, Jiangxi jendalai environmental protection research and Development Center Co., Ltd., with the world's most advanced environmental protection technology and the most scientific operation mechanism, to help Fengxin create an environment-friendly textile printing and dyeing base.

Since its beginning in 2003, the base has developed from scratch and from small to large, and has become a hot spot for the rapid rise of the textile industry in the central region.

At present, there are 18 Textile Enterprises above Designated Size, spinning production scale of 1 million 850 thousand spindles, accounting for nearly half of the whole province, employing 1.2 million people, and the annual output value is as high as 6 billion 120 million yuan.

In 2009, it was named "China's new textile industry base" by China Textile Industry Association.

In order to change Fengxin's "spinning and weaving" situation, the county aims at 100 enterprises in the domestic textile industry's raw material production, weaving, printing and dyeing, garment processing industry, and carries out industrial investment.

With the increase of applications for supporting printing and dyeing enterprises, Fengxin County intends to extend the textile base to the textile printing and dyeing base.

It is reported that with the sewage treatment project of Fengxin printing and dyeing centralized control area as the starting point, MITSUBISHI Liyang and TOYOTA have launched the first step in developing the operation and management of industrial sewage treatment in China, and will take this joint venture as the center and open up new markets to other parts of the country.

Fengxin county introduces the sewage treatment mode of printing and dyeing centralized control area, which is concentrated on printing and dyeing, washing and printing wastewater by professional companies. It can effectively reduce the pressure of environmental protection for printing and dyeing enterprises.

The core technology of the project is a highly efficient and low consumption biological treatment technology, 4S-MBR technology, which is developed by Jiangxi's industry in the area of industrial wastewater treatment and reuse.

With this technology, the sewage treatment cost per ton is only 1.7 yuan, which is at least 60% lower than the conventional cost. The treated water can be recycled.

There are 4 printing and dyeing enterprises in the environmental protection department, and 2 of them have just got the "permit" and are ready to start.
