China Consumers Association: 24 Children'S Clothing Samples Such As Li Ying Fang And Tian Cai Textile Are Not Qualified.

The Chinese consumers' Association announced on 24 March that 39 children's knitted underwear test results showed that 24 samples had different quality problems.

Quality problems can not be ignored.

Clothes are called second skin. Children under three years old are young, sensitive, and can not express their true wishes accurately. Therefore, parents need to take special care when choosing clothes.

In order to enable consumers to understand the quality of infant knitted underwear market in a timely and accurate way, and guide consumers to choose safe, suitable and satisfactory products, the Chinese consumers' Association conducted third comparative experiments on infant knitted underwear in 2010 and 2011.

Among them, the brand of Beijing Tian Cai textile and Garment Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Li Ying Fang Baby Products Co., Ltd. had two problems in the three comparative test.

It is reported that this comparative test was purchased by the Chinese Consumers Association as an ordinary consumer in 39 samples from 11 large and medium-sized shopping malls, supermarkets and exclusive stores in Beijing and Tianjin.

This comparative test sample basically includes 0 - 3 year old infant knitted underwear products with different grades sold in Beijing and Tianjin markets, and has strong representativeness.

The purchase price ranges from 29.9 yuan to 1470 yuan per set, including domestic brands and imported goods.

The results show that all the samples can meet the requirements of relevant standards in terms of safety performance indicators, odor, decomposable aromatic amine dyes, formaldehyde content and conventional quality indicators, color fastness and sewing strength.

At the same time, 25 samples of clothing, buttons sewing strength test, also all qualified.

Water washing size change rate, fiber content, color fastness (sweat resistance, friction resistance, saliva, water resistance), pH value, separation strength, pilling and commodity use instructions still have different degrees of problems.

For example, Jottum (You Tong) brand origin circular bow knitted sweater in Turkey and Macedonian printed trousers in origin have 5 color fastness, color fastness to water, color fastness to saliva, color fastness to rubbing and fiber content, which do not meet the standard; the "bean Dou Shell small bean shell high class clothing gift box" has 4 indexes: washout size change rate, fiber content, pH value and use instruction.

The nominal "children's clothing" is "three no goods" and the problem is very outstanding.

China Consumers Association indicated that the problem of washing size change rate was obvious, and the effect of washing once again was worn again.

The 39 samples of the comparative test have 15 samples beyond the standard range.

For example, the size change rate (straight direction) of the nominal "Xiao Mao licensing children's clothing" is -11.9%; the size change rate (straight direction) of the nominal "century Doll" cotton wool small shoulder button sleeve is -9.9%.

The size of these two samples is larger after washing, which will affect the wearing again.

The sample fiber content is not consistent with the standard, and the sample instructions are not standardized, misleading consumers.

There are 4 samples in the sample.

The nominal "Jottum (You Tong) round bow bow knitted sweater" fiber content is 100% cotton, the measured value is 93.6% cotton and spandex 6.4%. The nominal "tshirt brand knitted underwear" also does not really indicate the fiber composition.

At the same time, 11 samples used in the 39 samples of the comparative test did not meet the standard requirements.

There is a problem of color fastness, pH value exceeds standard, infant health risks.

Of the 3 samples tested, the color fastness was lower than the standard.

The nominal "Jottum (You Tong) bow neck bow knitted sweater" is resistant to perspiration fastness, water fastness and saliva color fastness. It is lower than the standard requirement. "Jottum (You Tong) brand printed trousers" does not meet the standard requirements for color fastness to rubbing. Among them, the national mandatory standard GB18401 requires saliva color fastness to be more than 4 grade, and the Jottum (You Tong) round bow knitted sweater is only 3.

The pH value of the white three layer warmth fabric is 8.3, which is weak and alkaline. It is easy to damage the skin of infants and young children. It is also known as "Shell bean shell high clothing gift box".

The problem of separation strength and pilling is serious.

After testing 10 samples from the sample, including the strength of the four buckle, the strength of the button and other non removable attachments, 2 samples showed potential safety hazard.

In addition, 5 samples of the 39 samples of the comparative test showed serious pilling, which affected the beauty of the garments.
