In the production and processing of cashmere, the damage of fibers is reduced, and the production rate of carding cashmere is increased, thereby reducing the raw material cost and increasing the benefits.


    Due to the impact of the international economic environment and the increasing competition in the domestic cashmere processing industry, there is a shortage of cashmere resources at home and abroad. The quality of cashmere is even higher than that of the domestic cashmere. Moreover, in order to maintain the ecological balance, the effect of "limiting the natural grazing of goats and gradually implementing captive measures" has been highlighted, and the output and quality of cashmere have been affected.

    How to reduce fiber damage and increase the rate of carding of cashmere cashmere during the production and processing of cashmere is particularly important.

    After repeated tests and researches, we have made technological pformation of the carding equipment, rearranged the operation of the carders, and strengthened the control of the temperature and humidity in the workshop, so that it can not only increase the yield of the carding cashmere, but also reduce the damage of the fibers.


    1. carding equipment, loosening, carding and rough parts processing flow.


    The traditional carding equipment mostly adopts the six roller carding machine.     1.1 opening section


    The technological process of loosening part is: feeding roller, opening roller, cutting the chest and cylinder, loosening the working roll and stripping the doffer.


    1.2 comb and remove the rough part (a total of seven groups)


    The technological process of carding and removing coarse parts is: feeding roller, pushing roller, pferring roller, doffer to chopper.

    In order to reduce fiber damage and improve the production rate after carding, with the design idea of "low speed and small spacing", after many experiments and comparisons, the selection of the card clothing, the selection of the spacing and the setting of speed are finally determined.

    According to the quality requirements of raw materials and products from different regions, the process parameters are optimized, the extraction rate and yield are increased, and the amount of cashmere in falling objects is reduced as far as possible.

    3. standardize operator's operation.


    In the process of carding production, there are always falling objects, which require timely and reasonable reuse of the falling objects.

    In the process of operation, operators are required to pick up the objects and reuse them at 4 to 6 in order to ensure uniform mixing, ensuring the continuous quality of products and ensuring the extraction rate.


    4. temperature and humidity control


    The temperature and humidity of the workshop have great influence on the carding effect of the cashmere. The test proves that the temperature control is (20 + 2), the humidity is 80 + 2%, and the carding effect is ideal.

    Therefore, in the production process, we need to strengthen the inspection of the running state of the air conditioner, so as to ensure the smooth production of carding.


    The temperature and humidity are relatively high, which is easy to cause winding and no cashmere in the carding process.

    When the temperature and humidity are low, it is easy to generate static electricity, resulting in an increase in the number of grains.


    5. test results


    The experiment of Inner Mongolia cashmere was carried out. The results showed that the extraction rate increased from 9.25% before pformation to 9.45% after pformation.


    6. summary


    Facing the grim situation of rising raw material prices, in the carding process of cashmere production, through the technological pformation of carding equipment, the scientific and rational formulation of production technology to improve the production rate of carding cashmere, thereby reducing the cost of enterprises and increasing efficiency is a long-term research topic, and is also the key to control the cost of cashmere enterprises.
