Recruitment has become a bottleneck restricting the development of enterprises. Yesterday, reporters visited a large textile enterprise in eyebrow village, which was mainly weaving. The workshop was busy, but Mr. Wang, the head of the enterprise, still poured water to reporters. He said that the factory was large in scale and had many equipment, and the efficiency was good at ordinary times. The number of workers was about 300, and many of them were outsiders. After starting in February 4th this year, the number of people coming to work has been greatly reduced. Some of the migrant workers have been employed in their local hometown, and some of them have gone because of other reasons. At present, there are only about one hundred workers in their enterprises, which is far from the actual needs. Reporter interviewed seven or eight textile enterprises in succession, and found that almost every enterprise had difficulty recruiting workers. Many enterprises had to attract workers in the form of salary increase and so on. It is understood that different enterprises, the treatment of workers is not equal, in general, the 8 hour work system, workers monthly wages of one thousand yuan or so, and some enterprises rose to $22 million yuan. An industry insider told reporters that a few years ago, many business owners drove themselves to the remote rural areas to recruit people. In recent years, many foreigners have been employed locally. At the same time, because most of the work requires young people under 30 years of age, but from the current situation, many young people do not want to go to the township to work, only to create a "labor shortage".
