How To Develop Brand Cooperation Contract

In order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the parties, according to the contract law of the People's Republic of China and the relevant laws and regulations, Party A and Party B have signed friendly contracts and signed the contract through friendly negotiation.

Party A hereby authorizes Party B to use the premix and registered trademark of Party A to produce concentrated feed and compound feed products. The sales area shall be unlimited.

Product standards shall be provided by Party A to Party B for the purpose of filing, and Party B shall be responsible for archival filing.

Two. Party B should ensure that the monthly sales volume is no less than 100 tons, and the annual sales volume is no less than _1000 tons.

Party B shall have the right to terminate the contract unilaterally after 6 months' market start-up period and six months after the signing of the cooperation contract.

Three. Party A provides Party B with premix for the company according to the company's unified pricing preferences. Party B shall order not less than _2_ tons per time, the order should be __5__ days in advance, and the goods should be imported into the account of the party at the agreed price at the time of ordering. After the receipt of the payment by Party A, _5 will pick up the goods by herself within a working day. If Party A delivers the goods, Party A will charge the freight at the actual price.

After the order has been produced, Party B shall be responsible for picking up the goods within 10 days. Otherwise, the cost of reclaiming 100 yuan per ton will be withheld. Party B shall bear the cost of the raw materials, packaging and so on.

Four. Party A guarantees premix products.

It is in line with enterprise standards and relevant national laws and regulations, and is responsible for quality accidents caused by premix.

Party B objects to the quality of the premix product of Party A, and shall produce the inspection report of the state approved feed quality inspection institution, after consultation by both parties.

Program solving.

Five. Party A is responsible for the adjustment of product formulation of Party B, Party B shall purchase raw materials other than premix and organize production itself. Party A shall be responsible for the design of product packaging, promotional materials and labels of Party B.

Six Party B shall pay to Party A.

Ten thousand yuan shall be paid at the time of signing the contract. If Party B has a quality accident in production and operation and has adverse effects on the brand reputation of Party A, Party A shall have the right to deduct the deposit. If there is no such case, Party B will return it after the expiration of the cooperation and Party B's use or destruction of all the packages and labels related to Party A's brand.

After the rescission of this contract, Party B shall not continue to carry out business in the name of party a partner.

Seven. Return: Party B's claim for return due to non quality reasons must be lodged in the warranty period of the product and bear the cost of return freight and product handling fee.

As a result of Party A's raw material procurement, production, processing, loading and unloading work errors caused by product quality accidents, freight refund and product handling fee shall be borne by Party A.

Eight. Any verbal agreement between Party A and Party B shall have no legal effect, and the contract will become effective if it is affixed with Party A contract seal or official seal.

In case of not mentioned above, the parties may agree or supplement.

The supplementary agreement has the same legal effect as this contract.

Disputes arising from the execution of this contract shall be governed by the people's Court of Changping District, Beijing.

Nine. The validity period of this contract is from 200 to 12 months until the end of the month of _200__.

Ten. There are four copies of this contract. Each party shall have one party's product R & D center, customer service center and financial management center.
