In the interview, Han Yuchen explained the reasons for the logistics problems caused by the electricity supplier, the crisis brought to the traditional retailing, fake products and tax revenue, and so on.

In Han Yuchen's view, the issue of electricity suppliers' taxes and counterfeit goods has attracted a lot of attention. However, there are few references to the short board problems, such as the root causes of the logistics and the lack of timely delivery of goods, which are currently being brought about by the pure e-commerce platform providers.

He said that the logistics problems displayed by the electricity supplier will eventually become a weakness in the online shopping market share of the retail business in all parts of the country, and even the counterattack.

These problems are mainly manifested in the following five aspects:

First of all, orders can not be delivered in time, which delays the sales opportunities of some customers, causing many bad experiences and even disputes between enterprises and consumers.

Han Yuchen believes that this will cause frequent damage and loss of goods.

Once, sunshine department store ordered a batch of goods from Guangdong. After receiving it, it turned out that it was originally 100, but it was 10 missing.

Han Yuchen said, "because no immediate closure, logistics delivery personnel have gone, and finally can only finish."

Third, the standard of logistics charges varies.

Because the scale and grade of logistics enterprises are different, the price of mailing the same item may be 20 yuan, 25 yuan, 30 yuan, or even higher, and there is no uniform standard.

It turned out that our country's commercial enterprises were mainly pported by railways and highways, and the amount of money per kilometer was the same throughout the country.

Now, what Han Yuchen sees is the confusion of the fact that "enterprises are big enough to charge low standards and enterprises are small."

Fourth, the packaging is different.

At present, the packaging of the logistics enterprises on the market is varied, large and small, with standard packaging, which is not up to the standard; there are also simple and excessive packaging.

Han Yuchen believes that the packaging is not uniform, which has brought about the loss of commodities and the final cost of goods.

Fifth, the capacity of logistics companies is insufficient, and ultimately, enterprises and consumers pay for them.

Han Yuchen had a deep understanding of this. He said, "we have many deliveries from the courier company every day. We need to take a considerable part of the staff and energy to cope with them. Otherwise, the express will be sent to the counter on the market directly. The counter has become the place of receipt, which seriously affects the business image and customer experience."

In his view, the reasons for this phenomenon are mainly due to insufficient logistics capacity, inadequate logistics level, backward technological capability and insufficient technical means.

The shortage of warehouses, personnel, vehicles and packaging means that the electricity supplier can not digest the rapid growth of online shopping orders.

"Who can bear it?"

Han Yuchen believes that the traditional entity business enterprises should not only take the "Internet as the carrier, the new consumption of online and offline interaction" as mentioned in this year's government work report, but also make the online and offline consumption patterns flourishing, equal competition and coordinated development.

However, the physical retail business is far from being in place. In 2014, more than more than 200 shopping malls were closed in the country. In 2015, this trend is likely to continue to spread.

It is an indisputable fact that the traditional retail industry is being hit by the electricity supplier.

Faced with this situation, Han Yuchen put forward several countermeasures.

First, changes in its business format will increase attractiveness through the combination of shopping malls and formats to increase customer experience in the mall.

He said that the new department store opened a shopping mall in November 1st last year. The shopping mall has a total area of 120 thousand square meters, which combines catering, entertainment, children's early education and leisure.

"Shopping centres are booming, and now queuing up and watching movies have accumulated a lot of passenger flow."

Referring to this, Han Yuchen firmly stated: we must pfer the traditional business mode.

Two, for the electricity supplier, the entity business enterprise must do.

The success of e-commerce is mainly due to two points: first, the low price of goods, the first is the convenience of shopping.

For convenience, he thinks that the traditional retailing industry can do better, because the entity business enterprise has its own storehouse and store, and it can deliver goods to customers at any time.

At present, sunshine department store has begun to build the "sunshine daily shopping" online supermarket project, which is expected to start in April this year.

In Han Yuchen's idea, offline shopping malls are online shopping malls. Customers can pick up merchandise at random in shopping malls, buy shopping malls online and offline at any time and anywhere, and choose whether to send them by mail or on-site delivery.

The physical retail enterprises should also adjust their prices in order to narrow the price gap with the electricity suppliers.

Han representative seems that the traditional retail price in the weak position is not irreparable, traditional retail has its own long-term customer groups, there is a certain reputation in the customers, if the electricity supplier is done again, it will be hard to say who will kill the winner.

Three, we hope that the state will introduce corresponding laws to standardize the business.
