During the reporting period, the brand down clothing business is still not the largest source of revenue for Bosideng, accounting for 64.8% of the group's income. The proportion of non down garment business and OEM processing business is 16.1% and 19.1% respectively.
The income of brand down clothing, OEM processing management and non down jacket was about 4 billion 80 million yuan, 1 billion 202 million yuan and 1 billion 11 million yuan respectively, falling 32.6%, 36.5% and 22.3% respectively.
In terms of stores, Bosideng continued the closure plan of bad stores.
Down clothing business directly reduced stores, direct store revenue fell 4%.
As of March 31st, Bosideng down clothing business retail outlets decreased by 5053 to 6599.
Direct retail outlets decreased from 1296 to 2527, while third dealer retail outlets reduced 3757 to 4072.
The proportion of direct retail outlets in total retail outlets increased from 32.8% at the end of March 2014 to 38.3%.
In order to reduce Boston's overall business burden, Bosideng's new production volume decreased by more than 10% in the new fiscal year. Distributors' pressure also began to release, and actively lowered 10%-20% orders.
He said that Bosideng reorganized the existing businesses and brands, and Bosideng and Xue Zhong Fei brand sales will still face the whole country. Bing Jie and KangBo only set up shop in some areas.
As for store expansion, Bosideng will pay attention to the development of shopping center stores. At the beginning, it will test the water with a short-term Limited store. The goods will be mainly based on new products, and will no longer be the mix of old and new products.
Mr. Mai said that Bosideng had a better brand impression in the middle-aged and elderly consumers, but lost many young consumers because of its inadequate original store and product structure.
