Shanghai: Bailian Central Shopping Plaza Has The Largest Revenue Scale.

The total business scale of shopping center enterprises reported by malls and the city commercial information center is 7 billion 205 million yuan. The total business scale in July was 6 billion 902 million yuan, up 4.4% from the same period last year, an increase of 4.4% over the same period last year, a decrease of 4.2 percentage points over the same period last year, excluding 4 new business factors, an increase of 1.8% over the same period last year.

Showing a "six increase and a decrease", Jinshan, Qingpu, Minhang, Songjiang, Jiading and Fengxian increased by 17%, 10.6%, 9.6%, 5.2%, 5%, 4.7%, respectively, compared with the same period last year, Baoshan decreased by 11.1% (Chongming County Shopping Center Construction).

The enterprises with larger year-on-year growth mainly adjusted their format, introduced large supermarkets or adjusted catering and cultural entertainment; some enterprises added new formats which were not counted in last year; some other enterprises were relatively low last year, resulting in a substantial increase in sales this year.
