Jiang Zhibo, general manager of Wan FA group, told reporters that before the company's main customers came from Europe and the United States, but the impact of the international financial crisis, Europe and the United States market demand is sluggish, they can only find new customers.
As a garment manufacturing enterprise in Rongcheng, Baoding, the orders of Wan FA are mainly men's shirts.
In the interview, the reporter found that the shirts sold by Wan FA were priced at more than ten dollars, which belonged to the low end orders with low added value, and the company could only earn RMB 10 yuan for every processing of such orders.
In Rongcheng's foreign trade enterprises, Wan FA group is a better one, regardless of scale or business operation.
In a visit to Rongcheng's clothing cluster, reporters found that small and micro processing enterprises, which occupy the main body of Rongcheng's clothing industry, were greatly affected and impacted in this round of foreign trade crisis.
In fact, in the face of the continuing sluggish global consumer demand and the continuing rising cost of local garment production, orders with low added value have gradually shifted from China to Southeast Asia where processing costs are lower, leading to the closure of many small and micro foundry enterprises in the southeastern provinces of China.
At present, low value-added OEM orders have become the "backward production capacity" of China's garment industry pformation. But unfortunately, not only is Rongcheng, but from the perspective of Baoding's foreign trade order structure, its textile and garment industry is still dominated by low value-added OEM orders.

Therefore, with the decline of international market demand and exchange rate fluctuations, the export of Gaoyang towels has declined significantly in recent years.

In Baigou new town, a famous Chinese luggage and bag industrial cluster, although its annual turnover amounts to more than 700 million bags and ranks among the world's leading luggage industrial clusters, reporters found that serious homogenization of products, lack of design innovation and serious lack of independent brands hindered the further upgrading of luggage industry.
In the Baigou market, the reporter saw that most of the box products sold by many businesses were imitation copies or copies of big brands, and excellent independent research and Development styles were inadequate.

Wang Zhenhua, general manager of Baoding Hao Dan clothing, told reporters that with the increase of synthetic costs such as labor, it is hard to earn money to undertake domestic brand orders, so they also adjust their business to uniform orders business such as public security department.
"In the last few years, the customizing of the staff of the system was basically one to two times a year, but in the last two years, many units were changed to two or three years, which made us feel the pressure of operation to be bigger."

In the face of changes in tooling customization environment, Wang Zhenhua realized that this single mode of tooling customization needs to be changed.
"At the moment, we are also trying to design some business casual men's clothing and explore online sales."

But for such an attempt, Hao Dan is still on the small scale test stage. The company only uses the online as a platform to test the water and does not invest too much resources.
As for change, Hao Dan still lacks enough courage and determination.
In Baoding, although the unfavorable market environment is constantly squeezing the living space of enterprises, there are not many enterprises that are determined to change.
"Although the industry environment is not very good at present, we still decide to focus on tooling customization business. For the launch of our own brand, considering the risks and investment are too large, we are not going to invest too much at the moment."
In Wang Zhenhua's view, facing the less promising market, it is better to stabilize the existing business structure than to invest too much.
The reporter understands that although the environment of foreign trade is not stable, the order business of Wan FA has been greatly affected. But for the development of new business mode and looking for opportunities from the domestic market, Wan FA still has no definite plans and measures.
Australia garment is a famous garment manufacturer in Baoding. Besides its clothing business, it also has investment projects such as commercial real estate and hotels.
"Clothing is definitely our core business. Our main customers are Beijing copper bulls and Pathfinder."
Zhou Yancheng, chairman of the Australian garment company, told reporters that he had made orders for some domestic brands such as the United States, but in recent years many domestic enterprises have been reducing their production capacity.
This allowed Zhou Yancheng to see the risks and limitations of the OEM business. In the face of the business predicament brought about by the single business structure and how to open up the operation, he also tried to adjust.
In response, the company launched its own brand, dilen hall, but was struggling in the market expansion.
"At present, there are many brands in the domestic market, and we are short of high-quality channel resources, design and management personnel. So although the brand has been launched for some time, sales are still limited to Baoding, and brand development is very slow."
Zhou Yancheng said.
In fact, Australia, Wan FA and haoutan are all representatives of garment enterprises with relatively large scale and relatively good development in Baoding. But they are not firm in their determination to develop their own brands and promote their pformation on the basis of consideration of various factors such as cost, industry situation and so on.
For small and micro enterprises with small scale, insufficient innovation ability and poor risk tolerance, they are constrained by the limitations of funds and other factors, making it difficult to make major changes.
