    At present, China's economy has entered a new normal. The industry is upgrading and pforming. As a traditional manufacturing industry, the garment industry must "eat and eat well" under the new economic environment. What do you think is the most important job?

    Chen Jiaya:

    As the traditional dominant industry of our province, the garment industry is also an important livelihood industry, which is closely related to people's production and life.

    At present, the garment industry has entered a new development period. The traditional operation mode has gradually been unable to meet the needs of market development. Only by innovation can we guarantee the development of our garment industry.

    Innovation not only includes technological innovation, management innovation, talent innovation, product innovation, brand innovation, but also includes business mode, supply chain and capital innovation, but innovation is not copied by copy. Too many failure cases tell us that only by down-to-earth, relying on the advantages and actual conditions of oneself to carry out innovation is the way out for the development of industrial enterprises.

    After overcoming all kinds of difficulties, the garment industry of our province has undergone great changes. The way of industry development has gradually shifted from the growth of scale and speed to the growth of quality and efficiency. Only by focusing on the quality of development, can the clothing and apparel industry of Fujian enter the highest value chain of the whole value chain, so as to ensure the breakthrough and sustainable development of the entire clothing and apparel industry, so as to promote the pformation and upgrading of the entire textile and garment industry.

    The development process of King Mu is different from other enterprises. In the process of enterprise expansion, many of them tend to go on the road of expansion immediately. Instead of doing so, they are going to build a sales network and improve the brand identification system. Why did you choose to do so?

    Chen Jiaya:

    This has something to do with the concept of enterprise development. At the very beginning, we need capital in the development of enterprises, and we did not take money to buy land and build factories, that is, we spent more money on what we needed.

    It is used in sales channels, as well as in the entire equipment and other inputs of production factors.

    Facts have proved that it is a reasonable choice. Now for some enterprises, blind expansion at that time has become the burden of the present.

    Good steel is on the knife edge.

    If the investment in fixed assets is too large, it is actually also disadvantageous. Our development should consider the actual demand, and the whole management, and the whole resources and energy should be placed in what kind of place.

    The strategic layout of the "one belt and one way" strategy has made Fujian the core area of the "maritime Silk Road". How do you think the whole Fujian garment industry should seize this historic opportunity to allow more local brands to go out and enhance their influence while competing with international brands?

    Chen Jiaya:

    I have several figures here. In 2015, Fujian's export delivery value was 55 billion 799 million yuan, an increase of 5.72% over the previous year, higher than the national average level, an increase of 1.08 times over the 26 billion 714 million yuan in 2007 and an average annual growth of 9.64%. It is the only one of the five largest clothing provinces in China to maintain growth.

    Foreign exchange earning 16 billion 933 million US dollars, ranking fourth in the country, is the second largest export earning industry in Fujian province.

    These figures are enough to prove that the "one belt and one way" strategy brings opportunities to the industry.

    We are actually surplus in terms of production capacity. On the one hand, we have excess capacity. On the other hand, we can not fully meet the needs of consumers. We can lead the surplus capacity to neighboring countries. First, we can digest them, and the other is the meeting point that can bring another development to enterprises.

    Of course, there is also need for the government to strengthen the guidance and promotion in this respect.

    "Internet +" has subverted people's understanding of many industries and changed people's consumption concept. May I ask Chen, the rapid development of the Internet brings more opportunities or challenges to the garment industry? How can we see how to recruit and recruit students to make use of them?

    Chen Jiaya:

    Innovate the quality and enhance the competitiveness of the industry

    As a major province of garment industry, Fujian has enjoyed a high reputation in the whole country, such as nine Mu Wang, Li Lang, Jin Ba, Qipai and so on. For enterprises, the growth of performance requires "two forces", that is, the number of terminals and the performance of single stores. How does the king of nine make the above two aspects of work?

    Chen Jiaya:

    From the enterprise itself, how to deal with the terminal, the core is to see the enterprise itself, the whole management is more standardized, so that it can better meet the needs of consumers, quality can not guarantee consumers' continuous preferences, whether the service can do better or not, the loyal consumers need the management of their own businesses.

    If the enterprise or industry is compared to a tree, every terminal is rooted in the soil. That is the most fundamental way for us to absorb nutrition. Every detailed end is a point. The consumer is the soil and how long the tree can grow. It depends entirely on the depth of the root.

    Itself is a traditional industry, not a high-tech industry, who is more solid, and whose management is better, who is better.

    The 2020 promotion plan of China's garment manufacturing has been formulated. The overall thinking and development goals of the garment industry have been very clear. You are elected as the president of the new clothing and apparel industry association. What are your thoughts and measures in the next development process of the industry?

    Chen Jiaya:

    Thank you very much for your trust and support for me. The so-called "shoulder heavy responsibilities and long way ahead", the entire Fujian garment industry has become the fate community. Only through collaborative development, mutual benefit and win-win, can we meet the challenge together.

    Cooperation and win-win cooperation are not only vertical industry chain cooperation, but also more important horizontal industry collaboration. We must give full play to the advantages of resource integration, improve efficiency and reduce costs, so as to achieve the upgrading of our province's garment industry competitiveness.
