The post doctoral assessment meeting was held in the conference room of the twelve floor of Rongsheng holding building. Experts attending the meeting were evaluated on the research topics of Dr. Zhang Guoqing.

Zhao Xing, deputy director of the Hangzhou Municipal Bureau of manpower and social security, and Lin Xiaoyong, deputy director of the Bureau of human resources and social security of the Xiaoshan District, and Zhao Xiang Fu, a talent development department, were present at the scene. The assessment team was composed of experts from Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, including Yao Juming, Fu Yaqin and Rong Shengguo.

Dr. Zhang Guoqing entered the station in March 2015. His research topic was "heat storage and temperature regulation".
