    Main responsibilities, internal organization and staffing requirements

     

    The State Administration for Industry and Commerce (ministerial level) is set up according to the notice of the State Council on institutional setup (No. 11 [2008]], which is directly affiliated to the State Council.

    1. Responsibility adjustment

    Two. Main responsibilities

    Three. Internal organization

    According to the above responsibilities, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce has 13 internal organs.

    (1) the general office.

    The administrative department of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce has 300 administrative divisions (including 2 members from two committees and 15 staffs of retired cadres).
