At present, the winder used by our company is a Espero.M winder. Each winding machine has 64 spindles, with 498Q air splicer and Quantum2 electronic yarn clearer.
Factors affecting the efficiency of the machine
As a means of improving yarn quality, the effect of electronic yarn cleaning directly affects the efficiency of winder, which accounts for about 50% of the efficiency of the whole machine.
The process of setting up electronic clearer is too strict.
The higher yarn fault in the preceding process and the higher failure rate of the electronic yarn clearer are also the factors that affect the efficiency of the electronic yarn clearer.
The mechanical efficiency of the winder directly affects the productivity of the winder. Mechanical factors account for about 25% of the efficiency of the whole machine. The main factors are mechanical ingots, poor splicing, unstable supply of compressed air, and electrical failure.

According to experience, when we choose fine varieties in spinning, the percentage change of starting speed of VSS pmission system is +30%, the final speed percentage is 60%, and the percentage change is 70%.
The choice of winding speed should also take account of other factors, such as before and after supply and more important deterioration of yarn index.
Under normal circumstances, the deterioration of yarn evenness CV value is maintained within 0.5%, and the yarn -30% details should not exceed 200 / km. This value will increase with the decrease of yarn number.
Improving the success rate of splicing at one time
Splicing quality is mainly reflected in two aspects, one is the splicing strength, the other is the splicing appearance.
The strength of the twist is up to 85% of the original yarn strength. The appearance of the splicing requirements is smooth and no burr. The thickness and thickness of the yarn should be coarse and fine.
The lower twisting strength needs to be started from the following aspects: first, the yarn guide should be ensured to be normal, the yarn should be located in the groove root of the guide plate and in the splicing cavity; secondly, the retreating should be sufficient to ensure that the compressed air pressure is above 0.07MPa, and the compressed gas has no oil, water and other impurities.
The quality of splicing should be adjusted on the premise of ensuring strength.
